So around 2 years ago idk but right before I was going to a baseball game (to watch) I was making eggs and my stomach just felt so twisty and turny like I was gonna throw up, I didn’t but I thought was odd every since then sometimes at friends houses or at my volleyball tournaments I have to sit out because I’m either about to throw up or I already did it’s the worst I’m currently in the car rn on my way way home from Missouri and the other day I just puked right after I went to bed, it was so weird, I’m thinking that it’s like out of the blue panic attacks but the more they happen the more I want them gone. As someone who has panic attacks semi regularly, I can recognize that long, distant stare anywhere. Hanji is CLUTCHING Seungmin’s arm, probably in an attempt to ground himself. So happy he has people around him that can walk him through these scary moments and take him out of it.
yup when i watched this for the first time i could see my symptoms in han's behaviour. That distant stare and the tense but unsure legs are really relatable personally. At a big event like this i could imagine why someone might get anxious. I really like how the members handled the situation
I started having panic attacks a few months ago and it's exactly like that. Sometimes it just hits you out of nowhere and you just basically freeze in time. You're staring at nothing, you're breathing is coming in shallow gasps (like you're trying to suck in some air) and if there's someone next to you, you tend to clutch them to ground yourself and feel safe and try to start calming down. I had a panic attack exactly like this at a restaurant. Was enjoying then the next second I was starting to cry, couldn't really speak and was staring at the distance. Then I just nudged at my uncle and he understood with a simple movement what was happening and grabbed my hand or arm, can't remember and I clutched his arm and then his shirt to ground myself I'm happy they all know how to proceed in this type of situation 💜
@@otakuanimeworld8228i feel you I had one hour long panick attacks daily when I was younger. I recovered now but i can still have one. You can bare with it. If there's one thing that i can say that keep a nylon bag with you at all costs. If you starts to feel unwell take it and start to breath in the bag. It helps a lot. I took medcation for a year too and that helped me like magic but i can't recommand that. Stay strong and don't avoid crowded places at all. I know It's bad to go out in fear that anything can happen but once you are used to it, it becomes a lot easier❤idk how old are you but if you are in school you must tell your teachers what is happening so that they can manage the situation. Tell them what to do and if you have one they will know. My teachers were really helpful and it helped me lot too❤
All of the stray kids' members protective modes activated, but not before making sure they were allowed to do things not to cause a scene while Han was struggling, they are adorable and very responsible.
Hyunjin has said that he can always depend on Seungmin to be calm and level headed and is cery calming. I think Felix has said the same thing. Clearly Han feels this was way because he told Seungmin and it seems he he knew he could rely on Seungmin to be calming and help him.❤
All good points! I do not suffer anxiety often, but two things can shut me down. Tasks I know will be hard and large, noisy crowds. Seungmin did handle that very well!
I don’t get panic attacks but do get nervous In atmosphere like that loud bustling especially if I have to perform or compete. Like stage fright. It is great he has support with him a friend who knows what to do without making the situation worse. I dont have anxiety but when theres lots of things going on i focus on how uncomfortable my clothes feel and i struggle to breath a bit due to how overwhelmed i am so i can guess how bad he must feel

Gosh I know that feeling of finally reaching out and touching/notifying your comfort person to tell them you’re not okay. Up until then you’re so in your head in a mental battle, and it takes a lot of energy to finally tell someone. He must have really been struggling for it to get to that point.
