good question but in a sense wrong question... everytime we see someone doing something like this we say oooohhhhh how did you do that... dads money? most people cannot do that... true that most people cannot do that... but most people who can DO NOT they just spend money travelling and buying expensive stuff in order to pointlessly show off on the internet ... He did something meaningful and tries to spread it to the world for others to learn... this also involves A LOT OF WORK from his side... so why we judge him for what he has from his family and not for what he actually did which is his action? This video makes me want to pack right now and start driving! Thank you!
This is so mind refreshing. I love travelling. Travelling makes me so happy. I wanna travel alone but sadly my family won't allow me to travel alone.
Haha, yea, mine are the same way, and I love to travel. I've thought about solo travelling as I've got no one to travel with, and that just might change the way how I view life. :) Whenever you can travel alone, have fun and best wishes!
I just go, no matter what my family think. Sometimes i like to rent a car when travel, so that i can drive to whichever place I like.
Man... I'm speechless... I always got myself thinking about the benefits of traveling, how this could change my mindset and throw me to another conscious level, how this could make me feel better with myself and with all the things around me... Definitively, I've to do something about it right away!
Thanks for all those things that you said in this video!
This video made me cry... and now I’m even more sure that this is what I want to do with my life. I can’t wait for this pandemic to be over😪
Wise words from a young man. I appreciate the introspection it took to make this video. Kudos to you brother.
Can you make a video entirely of this travell after graduating?
Everything from money to how your parents took it and so on
I am thinking on doing a similar thing once i finish college
LOTS OF LOVE FROM LEH LADAKH 👍👍👍👍
I can completely agree with every single word he said ✌🏼
I really like this video. I’m from Taiwan and usually travel South Asia alone. I hope I could have a gap year and explore this world like you someday 😊😊😊 Thanks for making this great video. I want to share this video with my all friends.
Little bit late, but I really agree with every word in this video.
Traveling solo can be the best way to dive into a new culture and discover different perspectives. Keep this inspiring work. :)
amazing video :) I am from munich too, finished highschool and travelled . Finally someone, who is able to put my emotions into words. Thank you for that great video
He makes me feel like I travel around the world in 9 minutes 🥺♥️
We need more content like this dude I want to know all the tips and tricks of your stories
2:56 - how did you do that?! 🤣🤣 EPIIIC!!
Love your video! 😁👊
You are so right! I'm so sad because I began traveling very late. For many reasons. I don't spoke English.... Now I don't speak very well - but I'm not affraid anymore to do it. I traveled to Thailand alone for 2 month at 37 years. It was exactly like you said. An absolute mind blowing game changer. Now I'm 40 and I'm addicted to Solo Traveling and at the moment I feel like I miss my drug. Hopefully we all can travel soon as much as we want.
Greetings from Germany 😁
Jetzt werde ich mir erst mal deine anderen Videos anschauen
Hi Niklas! I've just discovered your channel and I'm so happy I did, it's amazing! The quality of your videos is sick and so much fun to watch! This video really touched me though... I was the happiest ever while travelling solo in South America and Indonesia. I can relate perfectly with EVERYTHING you say! Now I'm stuck in London and it's so hard! Btw, how do you manage with the equipment? I'm always soooo damn scared of someone stealing my gear. I travel with my MacBook Pro, camera and lenses and I can't relax at all. It's the way I travel, if they steal that from me, I literally die! lol Looking forward to seeing your next video! :)
Aww thanks so much for the kind words Laura! I have an insurance which covers any loss or theft of my equipment. But back then I didn‘t have that much equipment. :)
@@NiklasChristl :D Do you mind me asking you which insurance do you use? Mine is expiring in January and I really wanna take a good insurance I can trust. It would be nice to know your own preference. I think I will go travelling in a couple of months hopefully! Thanks again for your amazing videos! :)
From Vietnam with love
About to go traveling for 6 months hope I find the same experience as you.😅 thanks for the suggestions and pls make a video on how to vlog
How??
@@Hogojub Well I went to the embassies of the countries I wanted to visit got a Visa and bought the tickets for them, it's a risk as these countries may close once again due to the world situation but it was a risk I was willing to take. Also, I check the embassy's websites every day to see if something has changed. Hope I answer your question.

That's so funny how youtube recommended me videos from people who've been to my country while now i live in their country.

do you just plan to stay in Germany or are you gonna keep traveling? Or go home would be the other option I nearly neglected. 😅

Please tell how you manage your finance. Of course at the age of 19-20, we feel embarrased to ask for money for our things from parents. How you passed that phase? Cause I want to travel but don't have enough money. And don't want to ask for money every time.
Get a job
Jack's flight club is a good tool to get really cheap flights.
5:37 I love the statement you made!!! Very true! Thank you for sharing what you've learned in such great detail. You are very inspiring!
Hes growing so fast i remember he was 24 k in last months and now hes 64k..Hes going to be most successful...
I miss traveling so much, had to watch some traveling videos and put up my own as well 😱✈️
Dude, that was dope! How can you afford to travel for 1 year in different countries? I think people would be more curious to know about that also and want to live like this. You're doing GREAT 🔥
have you gotten an answer to this question elsewhere?
Yeah and he went to travel right after school! How is that even possible? At 18 - 19 years old...like where did he get the money to do so???

how did you manage to pay for your trips right off?
how did you mange to buy camera drone all these tools right off?
I saved some money before the trip, but the real game changer was that I traveled in cheap countries (Southeast Asia) and worked in expensive countries like Australia. I also bought the cheapest food, slept in the cheapest hostels and did a lot of couchsurfing and hitchhiking. During my trip I only bought the camera, but no drone. Probably I'll make an in depth video about your questions. :)
@@NiklasChristl i would really like to know more of the details of the trip as well because money seems like a real issue for me haha
@@milesowens3273 You can easily backpack countries in south east asia with less than $30 AUD (19 euro) a day. Backpacking is very affordable if you do it right. The biggest cost is usually the flight there.
Thx for this video!!
I learnt many things from this video 🙂
How could you afford traveling after graduation though?
You can do things like work and travel or couchsurfing, which is much less expensive
good question but in a sense wrong question... everytime we see someone doing something like this we say oooohhhhh how did you do that... dads money? most people cannot do that... true that most people cannot do that... but most people who can DO NOT they just spend money travelling and buying expensive stuff in order to pointlessly show off on the internet ... He did something meaningful and tries to spread it to the world for others to learn... this also involves A LOT OF WORK from his side...
so why we judge him for what he has from his family and not for what he actually did which is his action? Most people do not even have internet but those who have it what do they do? the same can be said with many other things... the question is not what option you have but how you choose... thats all...
@@erik_mueller work and travel doesn't mean to change the pace every week from here to there 😂😂😂😂

Exactly.. 😂 I also thought the same.
@@ankitachatterjee201 Travelling can be done even at low budget, but it requires some planning. But about the finance, you have to save before travelling.
