@@9momentos its one of the things you can use to make a "milanesa" "tonkatsu" "cachopo" etc. you can use cornflakes, like other things like: bread crumbs, panko, nachos crumbs, maize flour, etc.
I recall the side of a Corn Flakes box with a recipe for this kind of fried chicken. I’ve also made fried chicken with pancake mix that ended up being very good too.
