Esp me 3 rainbird model why does it appear that there should be a panel cover over where the 9 volt battery plugs in . My customer wants his cover he is convinced we lost it but I don't recall any of them having such a cover even though it appears there should be one

Had mine 5 weeks, work's great. App is good but super slow to load.
Did you upgrade from their last one or change from another brand?
