Merci Suleiman!
@@Ankataa it would be nice if you actually could reach out to the Dyula speaking communities in Ghana and the 1 in Togo kotikolli because we selldom see anyhting about them, and also to hear what their Dyula sounds like if its understandable.
It's amazing to see you can speaking Mandinka/Dioula/Bambara with this amazing ease. Love from Sierra Leone... In Sierra Leone, we're called Mandinka no matter the background; however, I don't see much need to be called all these names whilst we're actually the same people with the same language and culture. The Difference in pronunciation is similar to the difference in the British and American English. Let's just have one name as in 'Mandinka' to refer to any person from 'Manding''.
Thank you so much for the nice comment, Fofana :-) I share the sentiment that you have; that's why I often just tell people that I teach and speak "Manding" instead of listing different varieties. Plus the perspective that you have is the same one that is behind the N'ko writing system and social movement: to create one writing system and standard for all Manding varieties, so that writing is harmonized across different ways of speaking just like for many other major languages of the world
my question is only why until the appearance of the language n'kon so far movies are not available // ma question n'est que pourquoi jusqu'à l'apparition de la langue n'kon jusqu'à présent les films ne sont pas disponibles
