It has something to do what ever content ID program that RUclips uses to listen out for copyrighted content such as music in the intro/outro. The program recognized the music in the video and for whatever reason blocks it from playing in other countries. I can get around this by keeping the length of time the music is playing to 25-26 seconds. In this case I pushed my luck a little to far. Some music, like anything from Aretha Franklin or Micheal Jackson, will cause my videos to be blocked in all countries.
