@@ricardoa5626 apparently not ... I've tried it with I-Rig, no good...which makes sense, why would Positive Grid develop the app and make it usable on anything other than their own amp (which you have to buy), their making money on the amp, not the app...
I don't have the amp but quite like the jam function on the app for practice. Is it possible to connect guitar with spark app (with iRig or something) without the amp?
Good information. I've researched this idea long and hard myself and decided that I have many years of crappy guitar equipment and I don't need another mediocre amp. So I'm using the Spark app through a Marshall.
Oh phew. I just got my amp today and for a second I was pissed bc I thought I couldve used the app for free lol. Not that the amp sucks but I couldve got a cheaper one
It is due to the force within you. If you are just starting out and this happens, just turn the amp up! If you still sound like a beginner, it’s ok…at least you have starwars 🎉
So of course, the app will NOT accept connecting your guitar using an i-RIG and listenning on earphones, obviously, the spark app ONLY SEND THE PRESET configuration to the spark amp so the amp can take signal an process it, right ?? the app does NOT process any signal, it only sends the preset to the box
So, bottom line, you can't use the app, the amp modelers and pedals etc without the Spark amp, right?
My question is this . Can you use this with other amplifier with Iring please reply
I guess not, nobody ever answer any question
Hello guy, i just wanted to ask you this, can i use spark app with another type of amplifiers?

Thanks! Waiting on the amp. This is great 👍
If I buy a used spark amp and I was not the original buyer can I use the amp with the app

LOL! You got me!!!

@@neverquit7190 this! This is exactly what I was thinking. Why can’t you just use the spark app through a proper amp? How are you doing this?
good luck with that, obviously without the spark amp the app will not do anything
@@ryanbuckner2405 you can not
If you don't have the app connected to a Spark amp, you can only use the app functions for a couple of songs. After that it locks you out.
Yes, this was changed at some point.

I thought you were going to talk about playing guitar with just the app.

That's not a '"random tempo generator" at 3:45, you just tap the desired tempo.

I have an amp, but not a spark one. I would be happy to pay 15-30€ to use all the effects.
why do i hear star war sounds thru amp when i m messing with it?
