If you're running Ratio with Sparkle, I highly suggest putting him on ATK boots instead. Also, not running Black Swan on 4-pc DoT is a huge damage loss.

I did a quick google search and apparently some characters use different voicelines at 2x SPD so you can't find it in the ingame database.
