I never thought i would see Kurek, Kubiak, Dryzga, Ishikawa, Zaytsev and N’Gapeth cry, but now im reminded how human these volleyball icons are.

I felt sad as well, knowing players around the world offer their entire lives in representing their beloved country in the most anticipating sports events in the world, Olympics. But the end of the day, sports is sports, there will be one winner.
I've been crying with my Polish team after this unfortunate quarterfinal... That already has been fifth lost quarterfinal for Poland at Olympic Games. Poland cannot break their bad luck on this moment of tournament. That's why the guys have been crying and broken down after that. It was happened again. Athens, Being, London, Rio and now Tokio. In Poland we even started to name this "curse of quarterfinal" 🙄😔
Im rooting for USA but l also feel sad for Poland. The tears of kurek make me soft.😥

Tokyo 2020 was the saddest Olympic game I ever watched. You will really feel the pain in their eyes. The love and passion for their sport is something that you can always genuinely feel.

That's why I love sports because it's not just about winning but also those emotions put up by every player.
mens volleyball in olympics is one of the best competition because no one can predict who will win the gold medal, all qualified team have the chance to win thats why they are cring when they lose. not like mens basketball where you only expect usa to win gold always. thats the beauty of mens volleyball in olympics.

the most sad moment for me is when Brazil lost the match against China in the Rio olimpics and Zé's grandson (6 years old at the time) comes to him crying and hugs him holding a brazilian flag, i will never get over it.

Seeing Ishikawa cry broke my heart smh I love this game and the love these men have for it!
Poland debacle at Tokyo 2021 was the most painful for me....Paris 2024 might be the last chance for them, for that great generation.
I was shocked when they lost.
Some kind of generation is over, but it's life.
Nowakowski, Kubiak, Konarski and Wojtaszek retired of National team.
I'm not sure Kurek will be able to play in Paris being 36 old.

@@xDriv3 Sliwka is way better than Kubiak (with all huge respect for him), possibly the best player in the world at the moment. Kaczmarek is the new Kurek. Polish era generation might be changed a bit, but they are the best team in the world, maybe better than Kubiak and Kurek era.
So painful to watch these moments.
Naturally like every fan supports his team i cheer my National team of Poland, but it doesn't means i'm not sorry for our rivals. Most of these guys on this video deserved to be olimpic or world champions. The real men is not shamed and just cry.
Last 18 years i've spent with ball on the court, now i'm 28 and there's no chance to be so high, but to be honest i'd like to feel this pain shown in video.
Same, i would do anything to feel that pain they are feeling.
It's really hard even just to watch this moments🥺♥️
The saddest part for me is spinal problems which let me retire from my volleyball career rest of the life. I’m forced to stop playing volleyball since ninth grade.😢😢😢 THE VOLLEYBALL PLAYERS GOLDEN AGE
seeing my teammates and some of the newbies I met past years improving brings back a painful memory.
Lastly, all I wanna say is health check is important and don’t ever try to ignore any small pains on your body. Careful at gym to.

I won’t give up on my passion for volleyball .
Now my biggest dream is to become a national team volleyball coach.
I forgot how how much it. hurts Been there, done that. You celebrate a victory but when you loose, after fighting so hard it really gets to you. I'll pass but at that moment you feel like the whole world has come crushing down

Uma das maiores gerações do vôlei mundial essa polonesa, bi campeã mundial, mas não foram bem em olimpíadas. Me lembra a geração russa da Gamova e Sokolova também bi campeã mundial, mas não renderam em olimpíada.
Não renderam? 2 pratas kkkkkk só deram o azar de pegar a maior seleção feminina de vôlei da história (Cuba) e erram detalhes na final contra a China em 2004.
@@TheLeandro2200 porém em 2008 tinha um baita time e caiu nas quartas pra China, elas eram muito favoritas a ganhar o ouro mas saíram sem medalhas, em 2012 voltaram com quase o mesmo time de 2008, só que pegaram um Brasil atual campeão desacreditado pronto pra ganhar e os detalhes estavam ao lado do Brasil.
@@victorhbeltrao em 2012 o Brasil firmou suas lendas dentro do vôlei feminino mundial, as jogadoras entraram pra matar ou morrer em cada jogo daquelas olimpíadas
