Guns‘ the type of guy that makes me wanna play decks he showcases even though I‘ve quit DL months ago. Also, even though I feel like saying this every third video, but I genuinely love his videos even tho I don‘t play the game anymore. He‘s just so entertaining and easy to listen to
I have to say, after watching your videos with spikeshield I've really come around to it. It seems like no one ever expects it. It's also really fun to slap 3 on something like giant orc or axe dragonute. It looks like a low tier noob deck (because those monsters tend to be really just awful) until they end up killing themselves on what they thought was going to be an easy removal
Fairy counter will be viable when they release that one counter trap that special summons a parshath also they need to release the continous spell that was a substitute for sanctuary in the sky as well as the one whose atk increases by 500 for every counter trap you activate
Maha vailos is also nice for this , since she gets +500 for each equip... so with 2 you get 3.550 attack and 1.400 def , about to 8k damage wall :D with 3 you can go to 15.5k damage

Defense attack deck I use: 3x Flash Assailant 3 Insect Warrior or Luster Dragon 3 Hinotama 3 Goblin Thief 3 Spikeshield with Chain 3 of whatever support traps you want, and 2 of whatever else you want to support it. I got to Platinum 4 with this deck. It's for Lols. Balance

And strictly speaking, PVP is much more enjoyable even when you just get outplayed by Quintet magician and such.

When all the opponents use warrior type-themed decks (like Amazoness, fur hire and heroes), dna surgery is kind of a dead draw. (Forget about fur hire. The available cards only include 1 actual warrior type monster.) There you have it. It‘s useful against 1/3 of the currently used decks.
