Continuity Test of Ring Final Circuit

What setting on the menu do you use for testing continuity of ring main, is it Rlow? or do you use the r1,r2,rn, R1+R2, R1+RN settings on this tester? So many options it gets confusing.

Do you have Todo it in the board or can you do it in any socket in the ring circuit?
