When you watch the vids of you guys in the pond, you don’t realize just how much material you have actually moved until you see the depth and scope of that material at the dump site. If ever there was a “Git Er Done” kinda guy, you certainly exemplify the attitude!
Oh wow! I only realized the scale of the muck heap halfway through this video when you and the excavator were behind the mud and the mud reached nearly up to the cab! That was very impressive, made the excavator look small. Keep it up, the end is mud!
Hope your feeling better! Lots of muck moved and lots to go! Amazing how that ground looks solid until you disturb it. Around the rocks and shale keep you from sinking 🤣 and digging!!!
Wow that was a lot of mud, I would be having nightmares about lol. Looking really good Chris. Great job you and John did working together like that. Can't wait for the next chapter
Man, I know your glad to have phase #1 done , and out of the mud for a little while anyway. You cut a bunch of damn mud out of there man !! Got to say Chris, you done a Hell of a Good job getting it out and looking good !! May be you can get a small break from it , and onto something else for a min. Hope you get to feeling better man !! Heard you say at the start of the video, you wasn't feeling to good, Believe everyone knows your a workaholic but, you also have to get some rest sometimes to keep that pace up man !! Anyway, Hope ya get to feeling better soon, and Great job so far !! Have a Great Weekend, and Evening !! And, On too the Next....
I wasn't feeling well today either, but I forced myself to get a cup of coffee and watch this video. Pretty much the same thing right? Thank you for sharing.
Looks absolutely amazing just how much mud that you had to transfer, it seems like it would not finish that fast, but The Pond Doctor is on the job. Chris which piece of equipment is your favorite one to operate.
Definitely heard and saw the gravel you talked about in that layer you where driving on under all that mud this video, really wasn't apparent before today. Looking slick! (as in good too!)
I like the way you use your mats as a squeegee, could you build like a reverse dozer blade for dragging and grading off the softer areas or would you only use something like that very rarely? or would it be impractical having to change for a bucket when the need arose? great channel Chris! I'd love some more collab with DP, I quite enjoyed the Florida auctions with C&C and the podcasts too. you made me chuckle a few times with your off the cuff comments. Your sense of humour is way drier than anything you've dug out here!!! I like it!! Keep the great videos coming
There's two pro's right there. Syncronicity @5. Sorry, had to add what an amazingly skilled operator Chris is. That little splash after spreading mud to soften the ruts with water flow is class as is the way that 220 hunches down on a slope when the arm reaches out for another scoop.
Man, hope you're feeling better. Making things happen and it looks great so far. Lot of hours and work involved and we know you can only share a small portion of what's actually done. Good work my friend.
Watching you move that mud and dumping on the dumpsite reminds me of working in Manitoba Canada at a mine trhere where we emptied settling cells od cesiumtailings from the cells and dumped the tailings off high ramps !! That stuff was 10 times heavier trhan water and was hard on our 30 ton rock trucks axle bearings .
Hi from uk chris👋👍 great end to phase 1 cant wait for next step to commence 👌 pleased been uneventful so far tho👍 hope everything ok up farm 👍 thanks for your time and be safe see you soon👍👋
Chris, I’m going to be praying for your speedy recovery my friend, but I hope after this day you get some rest brother! You deserve it! Stay safe and healthy my friend!👌🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Don’t worry about Utube and worry about yourself, you really do a lot for us and I definitely appreciate you for your time making videos, THANKS CHRIS
Sorry you aren't feeling well Chris. Please take care of your self. I am finally able to see the pond outline and design. Pond really will be beautiful when completed.
nice job, looking good, got it cleaned up and the banks all draped, took plenty of scoops to accomplish that…you deserve a thanks a million or an attaboy!
I dont know why , but watching this type of video calm me down and also help me go to sleep easier . Thanks Chris for your hard work . And keep it coming!! .
nice work again Chris and John. that was a lot of mud. get well Chris. changing of the weather everyday always causes colds. warm one day and cold the next.
Would be cool to see a drone photo in a couple years to see if the water ever gets clear and how it will look with plant life along the banks, Strong work on the pond
Wow that is sure a lot of pond left to clear bro, hope there is better access for the next part. Another good viewing video from this project anyway. Safe travels
I’m glad there is someone else who still makes it to work when there not feeling well, hope it’s just a 24 hr bug, feel better soon! I hate when I’m sick, everything just slows down…..
The endless cornucopia of mud kind of reminds me of the rock breeding site you worked a couple years back where they were going to build the animal hospital I think it was, LOL. Only this is a endless fountain of mud instead of boulders😉. Get to feeling better Chris. Hopefully nothing more then Spring fever.
You are a Master Craftsman in your trade! Every video you share your knowledge with the lay person. I don’t know you would price a job like this, But I am sure you have his credit checked. Looking forward to the next one. John
Well Chris one thing about it the biggest part of the project is done so now like you said come back in a couple weeks and knock out the second phase end it will be another job well done so another great video my friend so you and John and yawls families stay safe and keep the videos coming brother
Finally, light at the end of the mud tunnel. That's an incredible amount of mud Chris had to move. Now he'll be able to concentrate on finishing the damn. Well, he does have another large amount of more mud to remove for the dock that's going to be built. Thankfully for us subs there's always something fascinating about his videos. 👋
I would love to see a video of having to get all this mud OFF of all the equipment when done, LOL. Hell of a wash job. Hope you get to feeling better soon, bud.
That "mud" reminds of decades ago when many roads in the interior of British Columbia were not paved. Dirt in the Summer dry periods, but when wet it became what was called "Gumbo", which was as slippery as ice. Difficult to drive, it was also called "Loon Shit".
A lot of organics dang!!! Looks like a lava field. Like you said Chris alot of buckets and boy do I know. That is some of the worst work in digging so just scoop dump scoop dump move repeat....is this even working and.... then keep going. 👍🏻 Just love watching your smooth operation brother. Always nice to have a bucket line too.
Superior project!!! With two excavators, moving mud accomplished and seems much less defeating. I'm sure owner's thankful for outcome. God's blessings and get some rest.
Glad that each scoop of that mud was another buck or two in your pocket to help pay off the recent dump truck. That truck was a real game changer, it looks like. I was surprised that that haul-out road held up as well as it did. Looked to be very tentative when you first started hauling out on it. Great to see how well this mud dig has turned out.
That’s a huge improvement from where it was on the first day. Goes from a swamp to a pond. Hopefully y’all get to do the rest of it all the way around.
I was watching and wondering what will happen to anyone who ventures out on foot on the area not cleared of mud and sediment, once the pond is full and the soil saturated. . . . ? Could be interesting and/or dangerous.
Chris if you ever get so sick that you just can't go to work, sit back and enjoy some youtube. There is a RUclips channel called "letsdig18". The guy on it is a masterful excavator operator. Im always anxiously waiting until the next video comes up. I also watch reruns all the time. There are just as good the fifth or sixth time around. Try it I'll bet you get hooked on it. I DID, several years ago and I'm still hooked.
It never seems like you're getting anywhere when it just keeps running into the same hole. It's like you're trying to dip the ocean out. Almost too much for my patience. But then all of a sudden it's all done and looking great.
Throughout this project I kept remembering a time when you said - I think it was on the Veterinarian Hospital job - "What I wouldn't give right now for some DRY GROUND... and a little DUST!!"
When you get so sick of mud you can't take it anymore , just think back to the rocks at the animal hospital , wonder if they're ready for an expansion project yet ?
Today's series had much more cooperative mud, with you not feeling so hot, it made it more bearable. Please take care of yourself, because we don't know what we would do if we didn't have LETSDIG18 staring "Chris the Pond Magician".
When you watch the vids of you guys in the pond, you don’t realize just how much material you have actually moved until you see the depth and scope of that material at the dump site. If ever there was a “Git Er Done” kinda guy, you certainly exemplify the attitude!
With the camera videoing both machines working so close, it's like watching long necked birds dancing :)
I watched two guys dig a swimming pool in the jungle and they head nowhere near this amount of dirt !

What impresses me so much is the movement and the flow of the digging there is no wasted time and no hesitation
Chris hope you feel better soon .I am sure when you get home Winston will be there as before to love you up he.s such a great dog.
Oh wow! I only realized the scale of the muck heap halfway through this video when you and the excavator were behind the mud and the mud reached nearly up to the cab! That was very impressive, made the excavator look small. Keep it up, the end is mud!
The never ending mud caper of 2022 . Hope the home owners appreciate how much work went into makeing there pond look nice again !
Dang, that's some nice claywhere you're dumping! Feel better! That mud reminds me of working in a cattle pen
I have enjoyed every minute of watching Phase 1! Looking forward to what comes next! Nice work Chris!
Almost to the end. Have enjoyed this series of videos.
If you don’t get a power washer and foam/suds sponsorship out of this they are missing out!!
Chris and machine in perfect sync as usual, the pond master in action all looking good .
Man, I know your glad to have phase #1 done , and out of the mud for a little while anyway. You cut a bunch of damn mud out of there man !! This really shows how much mud has been moved to create more depth, phase 1 almost complete. Take care & cheers 🐨🦘🥰
Definitely heard and saw the gravel you talked about in that layer you where driving on under all that mud this video, really wasn't apparent before today. Looking slick! (as in good too!)

Chris, you're an artist...Again, well done my friend...
Quite a transformation there Chris! Can't wait for the next videos.
Man, hope you're feeling better. Making things happen and it looks great so far. Lot of hours and work involved and we know you can only share a small portion of what's actually done. Good work my friend.
@ 11:40 Now that gives one the perspective of how much Volume has been excavated....WOW
This is one large project, coming along nicely.
Love it when the camera is outside of the cab, better images of how everything is to scale.
Been a fascinating job this one.. Can’t even imagine the cost of a job like this.
When there are engineers and project managers involved, cost becomes a lesser concern.
Got to be a billionaires property , a hid away from the globalist elites.
Ok, see you're ready for the weekend!
Yards and yards of goopy ass mud props to you sir love watching the pond builds there awsome
What an awesome amount of mud removed! Thank you and have a good day.
I’ve been saying since you started sir, an incredible amount of mud you have moved. Wow! Feel better quickly Chris.
Dawns here ☀️
I have really enjoyed the videos over the last year. I look forward to them every day! You are a true artist. Thank you and take care of yourself sir!
Looking Great Guys. 👍 Hope you get to feeling better soon
Who knew watching someone scoop mud in an excavator could be so cathartic…
Watching you move that mud and dumping on the dumpsite reminds me of working in Manitoba Canada at a mine trhere where we emptied settling cells od cesiumtailings from the cells and dumped the tailings off high ramps !! Hi from uk chris👋👍 great end to phase 1 cant wait for next step to commence 👌 pleased been uneventful so far tho👍 hope everything ok up farm 👍 thanks for your time and be safe see you soon👍👋
It's looking good and really taking its shape. I bet your uncle John was glad to see this day was finally here.
Well done. It was great to finally see and hear solid ground after moving so much soupy mud.
Sorry you aren't feeling well Chris. Please take care of your self. I am finally able to see the pond outline and design. Pond really will be beautiful when completed.
Sorry, that's not Barney. That's John haul truck.
nice job, looking good, got it cleaned up and the banks all draped, took plenty of scoops to accomplish that…you deserve a thanks a million or an attaboy!
John and you do a wonderful job 👏
I dont know why , but watching this type of video calm me down and also help me go to sleep easier . Thanks Chris for your hard work . And keep it coming!! .

Was a very challenging job for you but your the man for the job. Looks great my friend. Team work and a good plan pays off.
Wow that is sure a lot of pond left to clear bro, hope there is better access for the next part. Another good viewing video from this project anyway. Safe travels

Ground water is relentless. You guys handled it like a champ.
An absolutely amazing job Chris! It’s been proper riveting to watch it unfold. I can’t thank you enough for sharing with us!

Love to see the video where you wash all the equipment after this job!
Honestly didn't think you were making progress until today!
And here you had us thinking this was the end of the mud…and you still have a football field to go…lol! I’m gonna need a bigger bowl of popcorn! 🍿
I do say Chris, get to feeling better soon, the captain of the ship cannot get sick. I've never been so fascinated with mud. A job well done.
Finally, light at the end of the mud tunnel.
That's an incredible amount of mud Chris had to move.

Just a beautiful shot of the Volvo, track deep and hammer down...
Remarkable ability and perseverance! God bless.
Nice work, you've got get a nice feeling of accomplishment.
Owner must have deep pockets for this project, looking real nice.

Looks awesome 18.you and Mr John bout knocked this phase out. Get better quick!
Wow, just wow. I can finally “see” what kind of transformation you are going for.
Looking good! A lot of mud moved!
I would love to see a video of having to get all this mud OFF of all the equipment when done, LOL. Hell of a wash job. Hope you get to feeling better soon, bud.

Its shaping up. Thats an awesome property.

Nice seeing the progress
Hey Chris! The way you are expanding in the work .....bet another end dump is on the horizon!!!!👍🇺🇸
The truck in this video does not belong to Chris. This one belongs to Uncle John.
incredible how much you guys moved with such a small crew. Lots of "scoopy dumpy's", hope you feel better. Greetings from Sydney Aus.
Quiet day. Hoping that you are better soon. 🍲
It's amazing how that mud plays tricks with your mind, seems as though you're getting nowhere but in reality your moving a hell of a lot of Mudd...
Chris if you ever get so sick that you just can't go to work, sit back and enjoy some youtube.

If i ever need a pond your hired, but your coming to New Hampshire, Your the man w/ a plan,, awesome job!
Possibly caught SWAMP FLU, Chris.🤧
Get well soon. 👍
That’s got to be frustrating never ending mud . Hope you feel better Chris
Amazing the truck has not been stuck.
I wonder if overnight mud gremlins fill more up just to watch you work again Chris. It never ends .
That is a lot of flippin mud! Hope you feel better, Chris.
Aw! 🥺 hope you feel better soon!
Great job Chris
You make it look easy!
It never seems like you're getting anywhere when it just keeps running into the same hole. It's like you're trying to dip the ocean out. Almost too much for my patience. But then all of a sudden it's all done and looking great.
I didn't think you'd ever get all of that mud out of there. Good gerd almighty.
Throughout this project I kept remembering a time when you said - I think it was on the Veterinarian Hospital job - "What I wouldn't give right now for some DRY GROUND... and a little DUST!!"
I’m telling you, what you got done is incredible brother, you’re the best my friend! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👌🏻👌🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻🇺🇸
That pond is looking good!
Looks great Chris as always I enjoyed watching this video 🇺🇲
When you get so sick of mud you can't take it anymore , just think back to the rocks at the animal hospital , wonder if they're ready for an expansion project yet ?
Chris just watching you grading the bank ( who needs a grading bucket ) just get it done ! Great work mate 🤝
I'll bet Chris is glad that part is done! That was a lot of mud to move.
