another great video and some exciting fishing, to bad the trout broke off, I would like to see it. I admire you for cleaning trash each time you go fishing
Yeah, I contacted the company again this morning and I think they can ship the part next week. Looks like I’m going to have to come up with a solution before then. Too many fish to catch.
I had mentioned I was going to be in the area later in Feb, probably next week. Where in the lake am I going to find the stripers and trout now. That is an amazing vid. Keep it up.
Hey Don, I’ve had luck from candy Creek all the way over to the Devault bridge. Most of the shad are piled up somewhere in between those two locations. If you find the bait, you should find some fish.
Thats awesome I was in the same spot earlier in the week but was bass fishing. I almost launched there yesterday but cause the debris went over by tva launch
Went to Brummits Wed because you mentioned them. He had a nice rod I wanted. Went back today to get it. It was a Skeet Reese glass crank bait rod. Got it for $60! I told him (chris) I was there because you mentioned them in your videos. He said you just left 5 mins before I got there, woulda been good to meet ya. I'll be on the river sat morning. Good luck out there...
@@MichaelKaal-TriFisher Thank you sir! Definitely going to be getting out that way to fish Boone lake in the nearish future. I have a Hobie outback that I will fish off of and I'm going to try some alot of the techniques I have learned from watching your videos. Hopefully I will have some success.
Awesome videos bud 👍🏻 was trying to get in contact with ya but not sure how to do that on here, had some questions for ya about Boone Lake never been on that lake before fish lake Norris and Cherokee a good bit though. Is there any way of contacting you ?
awesome stripers and great action
Thanks, there is nothing like pulling in striped bass from a kayak.

Absolutely, I wish I could’ve landed the trout as well.
Never fails to catch the big ones! Awesome fish Michael!
Thanks, it was a fantastic day on the water
That's was great action, busted yak and all.

Do you use a treble hook with the 3' shiners or a stinger hook.
@@dmadams75 I use trebles on the outside planer boards and an octopus hook on the free line.

Yeah, that place is definitely full of debris.

Man I’m glad you were able to go to Brummits. Looking forward to meeting you someday. Chris is the man.
Nice catch!
Thanks
Huge!
Yeah, that was a solid striper.
What is nuts is how many lines you have out on a kayak!
Yeah, I wish I could put out more lines. But any more than 3 would be tough. When I finish in my bass tracker, I can run up to 6 lines.
Sweet!!!!
It’s was a fantastic day
Awesome 👏 ❤
Thanks
hey i see ur at sugar hollow, does that mean the ramp is open i had been wondering! good video
Yeah, the ramp is definitely open
Awesome thanks for the reply. Maybe I'll see u out there!
Do you run the 13ct or 19ct live bait cooler? Wondering what size would be ideal. Im leaning towards the 13 for more portability
I believe it’s 19 court. Either one is a good choice.

@@operatorspectre7428 Fantastic, tight lines!
@MichaelKaal-TriFisher You aswell! Ended up going with the 13ct! I think it will do the trick.
