What I thin is, if the little scooters and bikes are banned (hypothetically), and anything below 300cc is banned, people *WILL* start taking their vehicles seriously, because right niw these are just toys like bicycles and people have no respect/seriousness for handling vehicles. *MAKE THESE VEHICLES DIFFICULT TO MANEUVER AROUND*
Blame it on people riding and not on the vehicles
