The next Season is Around the corner and usually during this period players are bored and playing poe2, but we still have a ton of things to try out that were changed like the swarms and the phoenix which I'll try to do in the next few days. Have you tried the swarms yet after the buff? Let me know what you think about them.
Swarms go straight through the barrier shield. Or at least that's what happened to me today. The weapons that takes skill deserves to be good. I personally hate the artillery aiming. Can be difficult getting used to it.
Try to use swarms on wheels, you dont need too look straight at your opponent, just zoomin and shooting. IMO Swarm and Slaughterer was very powerful even before the buff, when people will get used to them nerfs are incoming, just as with narwhall, at first everybody was saying its dogpoop damage, then it got buffed and then double nerfed, because it was fine from the start
Many recent weapons were suport or skill based and worked just fine how they were in the situations they were ment to be used in. BUT that wont make casuals buy everything thats why they have to pump it up in the middle of the season and then turn it back afther some time afther the season. Then people call it nerf while its just brought back to its original form to be played in the role it was ment to in the first place. But learning the weapon in weak state is all it takes to make it feel good again.. all that is good it brings diversity and purpose to every role in the game. But then the angry mob come cry on wrong grave that their weps no longer oneshot and actually now requaries some skill and building knowladge
@@JanStange-y4f A lot of these nerfbuffs happening, because someone in Clan Wars made another OP meta spiderbrick :D and devs by trying to balance certain things, result is nerf everyone else exept those Clan metas lol. Bricks still brickin at 100kmh and hovers eating 5k damage in a mouth and still moving good as new
my guess is that the flocks don't so much as cause the swarm to actually miss, but rather act to physically intercept the missiles much like MG bullets n' such do. Basically the missiles aren't missing, the flock just has a chance to randomly shoot them down.

Yeah better to comment on what you know rather than what you think in the moment. Flock does work on swarm. Open crossout, open Swarm. Read. THEN test, or not. And after that, give out advice/information. In that order ya know.
Dear JB! In my experience, the Swarm helicopter build works very well. If you have the time/feel like it, try one of my war rigs. I'm Swordsman72 over there in the Wasteland. The helicopters are named: Hawk Moth and Hawk Moth2 (1 and 2 with Swarm weapons)
Hi JB. I enjoy your videos. Keep up the good work. I have used a combo with a swarm and a lucifer to make it possible to fight in close combat and have had success with it. In the next step missions I ussualy get between 800 to 1100 damage with the swarm alone and close combat also the same damage with lucifer. Maybe you could try it in a video
at the prev swarm video i suggested to u the 3 swarm heli with hardon+odin+small reload module. I use it since then and it is awesome(i think). probably you would use is better than me and i dont make videos to show it. please test it!
I need to understand... the battle pass says that 7 days are pending, they are renewed every 24 hours, but the time always comes and they are at zero. I'm at level 75
so...are we sure the steppe works with the swarms??? I asked this last time u ran them, n now with the realization that the flocks stop them, doesn't that mean theyre guided??? I think they are cause i don't notice a difference when i switch cabs, but could just b me...on another note the kitty works good with em but u should get the harp out n play some "Beautiful" music 🎼 🎼 😄👻☠🧨✌️
Yes I've tested the spider cabin with the swarms and they 100% work the flock against the swarm i did not test but while playing and i was using the flocks while getting shot it seemed that they were getting going for my flares. I did not do a proper test and technically they are guided because they go wherever you aimed at.

As you were saying he's good, he shot and you just held W instead of looking up or just chilling under the pipe you drove past :D
Unlike the mandrake and heather, you cant shoot someone thats on top of you. You can also counter swarms with flash/spark, flock and argus. I dont think they’re op. Theyre finally viable and effective. They have counters. If a swarm plyer is left unchecked yeah they will mess you up but if you press them and close the distance there isnt much they can do. If they do any more balancing just buff the mandrake/heather and maybe reduce dmg or projectile speed very SLIGHTLY so they dont kill it again like they do so often

Yeah honestly I thought swarms were already op. Use them on legs with camo and you can shoot, fly away and dissapear in mid air

Those flares work only on guided missiles which makes sense because guided missiles focus on heat.
they actually work against swarm for some reason, but not very well.
I can confirm the flocks work, but because of the speed and number of rockets some usually end up hitting you anyway

If you mount them backwards they seem to be more accurate
They take a more top-down approach but take longer to get there. On steppe-spider - YES. Other cabins... it depends what you're running :)
