You should buy innova/hycross/carnival for middle row comfort. Fortuner is (what you refer to as a truck in the US) for rugged performance. Price on the other hand is a subjective matter and govt import taxes along with GST is responsible.

Recently i got car driving licence can't even drive the car in city traffic every vehicle is feeling like it is nearer to my car please tell me some tips how to judge how far other cars are from my car
It is better to not talk about bikes they come very close to my car in traffic just moving little left or right will hit them they will be in blind spot
