❤ Man , as a RM supporter and ad a spanish let me tell you that there are thousands of spanish people that love Leverkusen, not because of Xabi alonso itself but for the beautiful football they played, the good aura between all of them, the fact that there were injured people and some players went to africa cup and still not lose any match in the league… how cannot I be a huge supporter of this team!! Although Bayer 04 Leverkusen did extremely well winning the Bundesliga and the Pokal Cup, they did not do the triple, which was the great hope and belief of the club and the fans. Bayer 04 Leverkusen lost that European match, which obviously shows the rest of the European clubs and those people who know the meaning of the word that Bayer 04 Leverkusen is clearly not invincible. 'Invincible' is for not losing a single game in Bundesliga & in Germany in general. Leverkusen won all the trophies in Germany in 2024 but lost 1 game against Atalanta in Europa League Final. 2003-04 Arsenal were called 'Invincibles' despite winning only Premier League not losing a single game in EPL.
