They also have songs where some of the members are grouped together to do a song (like Jamais Vu is sung by Jin, Jhope, and Jungkook). He has said it is a persona that allows him to be more raw and direct. The original version of this song had a different featured artist than Jimin, but then they surprised everyone during one of the concerts when SUGA came out to perform this song and Jimin came out on his verse - he had said he wanted to rap and SUGA thought his voice would work well on this song and so he worked with Jimin ahead of the performance to prepare.

There was only live version, and Suga finally give us audio version in their last album from last year Proof, and this is what you were listen to... For me, the excitement of BTS is performance, not lyric videos. Their music no matter how above mainstream K Pop it is still thrives like much of K Pop on a blend of the visual and the auditory. Listening while watching words on a screen and not seeing Jimin perform with Suga is fine but definitely sacrifices some of the track's energy. Unless you plan on watching the live performance, which was part of a BTS 3rd Muster, you will walk away with an incomplete perspective. FYI, the original Agust D mixtape track was a collaboration with Yankie not Jimin so this is one of several cases where BTS members loved Agust D works so much they brought them into BTS performances.
U should have watched the love version they did together, it's way way better than the studio version, more grit, more angst, more vocal prowess live, more emotions. It's really way different than this.

this literally IS the studio version from proof album. studio means recorded not live. this isnt the live version they reacted to. before proof their was no studio version now their is one its just not released on streaming platforms officially that doesnt make this not a studio version.

The live is so much better! Pls do react to it! I believe there even is now a version that has eng subs added on screen. Studio version actually added total autotune to Jimin’s rap, which was so not necessary, totally distorts, giving him a higher uncalled for pitch. Plus even some of Jimin’s growls, raspy adlibs, using his lower registry are even edited out! Which I believe were some awesome parts, that hyped up the song that much more! Plus to dare add autotune to Jimin’s rock styled full bodied high note, equally so uncalled for, so not necessary! Just so wrong! If you see & hear the live you’ll see for yourself. Such a shame that they did this, when the live performance became so iconic, positively legendary! Also a heads up, that you might need to add a filter on screen, to be able to post the live version on YT.

The *live* version is better. I, personally, am someone who preferred music with less auto-tune but I happen to have Suga as my bias who loves to experiment with every music production and he uses quite a lot of auto-tune on some of his rap verse (as his choice, not that he needs it, to be clear) so I love his live versions better. Although the studio version is still good. I just preferred the live one, personally.

They do have a lot of what we call subunits within the group. Like Friends by Jimin and V. Or, Fly to My Room by Suga, JHOPE, Jimin, and V. Jamevu by Jin, JHOPE, and Jungkook. Respect by RM and Suga. Just to name a few.
They told you about the name AgustD In the introduction to BTS but I'll remind you. AgustD is Suga, spelled backwards with the addition of TD which stands for Town Deagu or Daegu Town which is Suga's hometown in South Korea. You definitely did miss out by not watching the live performance of this perhaps you should do a separate reaction to that. The vocals are better and delight performance ads so much to it.
This is actually a demo that was made as backing track for the live performance (which is waaaay better). This was released with Proof but just as a demo, unfortunately there isn't a clean studio version. Fun fact: Yoongi has wanted to write a song for Jimin pretty much since their debut because he really likes his voice, he wrote a few songs for him but the others producers they work with while making the albums for BTS didn't think they fitted the mood of the albums. Nonetheless they really wanted to have a song together so they decided to perform together Tony Montana during a BTS show. Apparently Jimin is still waiting for yoongi to write an official song for the two of them, he asked him to do a song together for his solo album so maybe in the next months we will be able to finally have an official Yoonmin collab 🤞🏻

this literally IS the studio version from proof album. studio means recorded not live. this isnt the live version they reacted to. before proof their was no studio version now their is one its just not released on streaming platforms officially that doesnt make this not a studio version.

The live is so much better! Pls do react to it! I believe there even is now a version that has eng subs added on screen. Studio version actually added total autotune to Jimin’s rap, which was so not necessary, totally distorts, giving him a higher uncalled for pitch. Plus even some of Jimin’s growls, raspy adlibs, using his lower registry are even edited out! Which I believe were some awesome parts, that hyped up the song that much more! Plus to dare add autotune to Jimin’s rock styled full bodied high note, equally so uncalled for, so not necessary! Just so wrong! If you see & hear the live you’ll see for yourself. Such a shame that they did this, when the live performance became so iconic, positively legendary! Also a heads up, that you might need to add a filter on screen, to be able to post the live version on YT.

The *live* version is better. I, personally, am someone who preferred music with less auto-tune but I happen to have Suga as my bias who loves to experiment with every music production and he uses quite a lot of auto-tune on some of his rap verse (as his choice, not that he needs it, to be clear) so I love his live versions better. Although the studio version is still good. I just preferred the live one, personally.

They do have a lot of what we call subunits within the group. Like Friends by Jimin and V. Or, Fly to My Room by Suga, JHOPE, Jimin, and V. Jamevu by Jin, JHOPE, and Jungkook. Respect by RM and Suga. Just to name a few.

AgustD is Suga, spelled backwards with the addition of TD which stands for Town Deagu or Daegu Town which is Suga's hometown in South Korea.
You definitely did miss out by not watching the live performance of this perhaps you should do a separate reaction to that. The vocals are better and delight performance ads so much to it.

This is actually a demo that was made as backing track for the live performance (which is waaaay better). This was released with Proof but just as a demo, unfortunately there isn't a clean studio version. Fun fact: Yoongi has wanted to write a song for Jimin pretty much since their debut because he really likes his voice, he wrote a few songs for him but the others producers they work with while making the albums for BTS didn't think they fitted the mood of the albums. Nonetheless they really wanted to have a song together so they decided to perform together Tony Montana during a BTS show. Apparently Jimin is still waiting for yoongi to write an official song for the two of them, he asked him to do a song together for his solo album so maybe in the next months we will be able to finally have an official Yoonmin collab 🤞🏻

I love this song so much. And I feel you 100% on randomly saying that hook. Anytime I have an annoying song stuck in my head, I can listen to this song to clear out the annoying song. I will end up shouting this hook and the "mo money mo problem shit" part randomly for the next week. 🤣🤣🤣
Whoever added this video, they put too much auto tone during Jimin part. The live that they sing together is perfect.
