Thats not necessarily true about change. Change is not always just good. Organic change like growth is good but it can definitely be negative. An eg could be look what happened to Detroit when the motor industry collapsed. That was a big change but very few benefited. To is day its never recovered. Or look at the amazon when change comes through deforestation and mining. Not good. Cant just say things like that. Change in most instances needs to be well planed and orchestrated and must include everyone in the specific area of change or things can go south fast.
