DLC story
This expansion is set in The Cut, a region on the border of Banuk territory, and involves Aloy journeying to the peak of a mysterious mountain. The Frozen Wilds will include new machines, quests, weapons, settlements, trophies, abilities, activities, and characters not seen in the base game, and serves as a new chapter in Aloy's adventure.
General Game info
Horizon Zero Dawn is an action role-playing game played from a third-person view. Players take control of Aloy, a hunter and archer, as she progresses through a post-apocalyptic land ruled by robotic creatures known simply as "Machines". Machine components, such as electricity and the metal they are composed of, are vital to Aloy's survival, and she can loot their corpses to find useful resources for crafting. Aloy uses a variety of ways to kill enemies, such as setting traps like tripwires using the Ropecaster, shooting enemies with arrows, using explosives, and melee combat. Weaponry and traps may be purchased from traders. Further, she is essentially able to hack a selection of creatures with the Override Tool, turning them into makeshift vehicles or travelling companions. Aloy can also hide in foliage and ambush nearby enemies to ensure immediate takedowns. A "focus scan" allows Aloy to determine her enemies' susceptibilities, identify their location, the particular level they possess and the nature of loot they will drop. There are three categories in the skill tree-"Prowler" concerns stealth; "Brave" improves combat; and "Forager" increases healing and gathering capabilities.

its ultra strong because this is shown on story mode...enemies barely scratch u while your weapons are superpowered

I got all the staff weapons and ended up rarely using them, I just found them boring and in some cases too limited, I stuck with Bow, Spear, Tripcast and Ropecast and occasionally the sling, I really hope they put more into bow and spear in forbidden west, especially for us stealth fans.
The the new weapon are indeed strong. They need to be treated differently because of there high resource cost. Example the FireForge is like a combined version of the two types of Sling weapons. The electric is like an AR that raise damage on same target. The IceForge is like your AoE sling with a harder hitting Sharpshooter bow with longer charge time.
I just want to say I acutely got back on horizon and it been fun but I only play on ultra hard and the three weapons are amazingly strong but on my difficulty the forge fire is all right the stormslinger is not useubel whit out killing your self or not letting it ramp up and do no damage which is sad I really like the weapon the only one that is the most useful in this difficulty is definitely the icecaonon and my whit full damage modes only does around 530 damage is still the strongest one hit weapon thow but that just my prefers but Horizon zero dawn is still one and always my favorite game
i dont like ultra hard mode bc i constantly have to change my suit in every situation i'm in.

What are the stats on the mods you have on the bows?
He2s playing either on normal or easy. You don't get nearly as much damage in ultra hard even w the best mods
The improve forgefire is one and only powerful weapons i had that and kill the thunderjaw like just a seconds or a minute
What difficulty were you playing? Im playing in hard and one swipe from a thunderjaw your shield weaver is blinking like crazy.
Ice weapon is the nost powerfull weapon in Game
The ice gun shard weapon does heavy damage

Easy for sure, i was on ultra hard mode and every enemies are tank of health

I played that Errand Mission, but my improved stromslinger damages only 135 and I cant improve the damage .. Here it shows 717 damage.

@@bakioftheeast2068 yes I did ... But I figured it out, I was playing at Ultra Hard difficulty level, that is why my damage was lower than the guy in the video.

It looks more like easy/storymode difficulty - a daemonic thunderjaw barely damages Aloy

@@charliehakeem that the easiest mode yeah? Coz i am glad i didn't want any of these weapons to be too op for the game. I like a challenge but not too much, and i like a bit of ease but not too bad

Ahhhh the shitty controller again..... It takes a while to turn around. Do that on PC in a split second🤗 consoles are cool but no matter which ome do you have PS5, PS100000. they suck big time because of the controller. They should do a controller with a touch screen portion on it to be abke to be precise and fast then will be even better than a mouse. 👍
