I agree that this should be included in the seller central. You shouldn't have to download a third party app to know if there's a potential IP issue. I think Amazon could very easily collect data and include this in their software.
We did reach out the brand owner but have not heard anything we have sent three emails. Nothing. Now Amazon has still had our account deactivated. Our first attempt we sent a poa and we were declined. After Amazon gave us the forgiveness option but still it didn’t take effect. We have now sent another POA by creating a case log as recommended by agent and are still waiting. We are hopefully we hear back. This has been a two week process. Any help would be most appreciated? Thanks again great and informative video. To give some context we do use the keepa too but when we did our research there were not many fba sellers maybe only two. After listing about 10-15 sellers jumped on and what we think happened is the brand saw the price offer was significantly lower and they filed a complaint and after that all fba sellers were kicked off including us and the whole listing has been removed.
Thanks for the video. In case of using a prep center, can our shipping address be different ( on invoices) from our business address in seller central?
We sell our brand that we have trademarked. Another brand that sells the same brand has sent us an ip complaint saying we are selling counterfeit items. We have appealed to amazon saying that we are a different brand but it has not been successful. What do we do?
On your ungate list you show how to get ungated on burt’s bees and lego, other toy brands that supposedly issue ip claims.. so should we not sell lego and burt’s bees or mattel and hasbro? Why do youtubers say they sell them if we can’t? I’m confused lol
SellerAmp shows no IP Alert on one product I just bought but IP Alert shows an alert for potential Compliant.... Is this a good chance of getting hit with one
Hi ! I listed yesterday one jacket northface I didn’t know Northface is doing ip complaints and i got an order from a customer but I haven’t shipped it yet . What’s the best thing to do now? Send the order ? Cancel and delete the list ? Ask the customer to cancel it? Please help , thank you
Liquipel hit me with 6 IP complaints last week. Unfornately it was a walmart receipt and they aren't having it. Even with the SKUs on receipt matching the product. Not sure what to expect but I'm sure it's not going to be good.
Upon successfully removing an IP complaint- does that give the green light to continue to sell that brand ? Or is it best to discontinue selling that brand ?
I don't understand why the brands that don`t want competition in their listings don't just gate their brand? Why leave the brand ungated an then go through the trouble of policing listings and issuing IP complaints?
@@FieldsofProfit how do you buy in bulk from american suppliers like walmart target etc. do you need anything do to that? I used to dropship on amazon but transitioning to FBA
I don’t understand why brand would give IP complain...at the end of the day..other seller is selling the same thing..he ultimately purchased from the same company...they are getting the money anyway
What do you think of brands like FUNKO AND LEGOS ? Both are showing as IP potential on Selleramp, yet 100's of sellers are every listing.
I sell Funko and Legos and haven't had issues yet.
Just got my first ip complaint saying ip counter fit. Not sure what I need to do. I have ip alert on the listing it had a green light
Do you have knowledge about shipping pesticides to FBA? I'm just wondering if you can discuss that in a thirty minute consultation.
Why doesn't Amazon make it clear before anyone listing a product that it might have IP issues? Why do the sellers have to figure it out?

Because they don't care about sellers.
I use scan unlimited, most of the brands do not have any ip claims, which means they can be sold.
Hi Warner thanks for the video. Where in the discord did you post the POA? Thank you for your very informative videos!
The POA is in the FBA Roadmap in the documents section!
@@FieldsofProfit awesome thank you!
New to discord so finding anything can be quite a search!
@@FieldsofProfit Hi Warner, been trying to find this, but I do not see a #documents or anything of that sort for document uploads.
Amazon wants to know why it happened and how am I going to prevent it from happening again.
I have no idea how to respond this to Amazon...😅
Great call to action there for that road map course

That's what happens when you tank the price.
Match the buy box.
Hey thaanks for your videos, i had a ip complaint of a client if i reach out the client can she remove the ip complain ? thanks a lot
So what about RA because those receipts don’t show billing adress, for example costco, walmart. They just read their SKU number and product name?
If a product received an ip complaint in the past (4years aga) and I want sell it cuz it is profitable should I sell it or not ??
Please replay 🙏
Do used games get IP complaints?
Thanks for the video. In case of using a prep center, can our shipping address be different ( on invoices) from our business address in seller central?
Yes, as long as the billing address matches the address in seller central.
Does Mattel have IP issues and should I even try to get undated?

They are the only FBA seller on the listing.
This shoulda been an easy catch, learn from the mistake and make sure your POA and documents for Amazon are professional
I've got an IP claim but the invoice has a different billing address because it was purchased from a friend of mine, what would you recommend?
Upon successfully removing an IP complaint- does that give the green light to continue to sell that brand ? Or is it best to discontinue selling that brand ?
Discontinue

exactly what I say, it makes no sense
does the shipping address need to match to?
What about a patent IP complaint?
Receipt
What should I do if the address cannot be consistent with my Amazon backend?
It has to be the same or don’t buy the stuff
do you do private label from alibaba as well?
Nope, probably will eventually but lots of opportunities without that rn

brand think other sellers might be selling counterfeit item
So billing address has to be same as on Amazon account.
What if I ship to the prep center? please advice guys
Billing can be different from shipping, I also ship everything to a prep
@@FieldsofProfit so Amazon cares only about shipping address? so your business address on amazon is your prep address?
hi i buy IP alert from the link
you provided they charged me money
and i didn’t get it 😢
It’s not free, follow up with their customer service if you had an issue
I’ve only had bad luck with IP complaints. Amazon just wasn’t listening
Yeah having the right POA is a big help for that
Couldn't (shouldn't)they just gate their brands?
