I went though the footage and checked in game, and I couldn't find it. I think that may have just been a flower. However, I did find out that you can get multiple plushies through additional tests.
I dont think thiccfus drops anything, I've killed him a few times with no result, so unless it's something really rare he's just a silly version of rufus
I've done some additional testing. I know that rufus will not 100% drop the plush every time, but it does drop it fairly often. Thiccfus, on the other hand, has never dropped the thiccfus plush for me. It's still fun to blow thiccfus up tho.

Hello, I saw a generator at your base, where can I find it? And also the rifle, does it work?
The generator is at the fenced hole near Uniform. As for the rifle, it does help, but you're more likely to get yourself eaten.

I just use the alien gun to kill rufus, just smack it on the bunker when he gets stuck on the rocks near it
