Which model is it? In general, you need to check a few things: are the batteries good, try fully charged batteries first. Was the calibration done on a plane surface before take off? Is the propeller on that right arm damaged? Were the propellers replaced recently? Maybe, they were installed in a wrong order? Is there dirt inside of the gears that rotate the propeller? Are the gears worn out because of presence of dirt inside? Are the propeller blades stuck between the plates that keep them in place?
