He said himself that Fivio told him that he could stay in the mansion. He said he wanted his own though, didn’t want to be living off of Fivio. Seems like the issue is that he felt like Fivio didn’t do enough to help him on the music side of things. Fivio isn’t in full control of what he does musically. He couldn’t just give features to whoever he wants. Not that early in his career at least.
