  • Had a fantastic time making this video. Went away in camper van and came across this little spot called Egton Bridge, near Whitby. Could just keep on driving up the steam and the video doesn't really do it justice as I had to drive and film lol. 😂 Just deep enough to not damage anything. Portals putting in the work as per. Very happy. Tyres/foans have about had it though now. Stock rims on for next vid lol.

@@Marcturbo1 thought I recognised it from your videos on here. What mod's have you done to your hi-rock? I have one and would like to upgrade bits on it.

@@ANONYMOUSGHOST87 alloy fury shocks help but use oem springs. I have the portals but am really unhappy with the quality. Not good at all. Move battery as far forward as possible. Proline dual foams and hyrax tyres.

@@Marcturbo1 thanks for the tip on the suspension.... I've got some cheap Chinese ones on mine and they are crap, and i have angled the shocks to give more flex with the axle. I have big problems with torque twist and the body staying level when on flat ground.. do you have same issue?

@@ANONYMOUSGHOST87 not with portals but I did get a little in stock form. With the ftx alloy shocks you can dial it out though. You will always get some unless you go really stiff.
