Im thinking about doing either orchiectomy or vaginoplasty.....Im just curious though....if I were to have orchiectomy...what are the changes that happen sexually and arousal wise? cause Ive heard that alot of post op girls cant get erections which in turn effects the ability to orgasm.....are these after surgety side effects something I need to worry about Dr. Gallagher ?

Bit of an update for my transition: following a couple major syncopal events within 40 hours of each, my PCP has put in the order for my Orchi. Why such a radical procedure for something so ‘trivial’? my head and heart are functioning as normal, with no signs of damage. My PCP is convinced that these episodes(as well as each episode I’ve gone to hospital for this year) are linked to the Spiro. She’d rather me get off it than continue to suffer Syncopal events.

I had orchiectomy with rerouted urethra and labia bits, in May 2019. The doctor in Delhi India did not recommend a penectomy, without urethra rerouting. I consented. I am a vulvoplasty TG lady now, and happy.

In my hands - not at all - scrotal skin should be left alone if a vaginoplasty is planned and it will not effectively shrink much at all.
It’s safer to take Oestrogen after having this procedure? S/A is seen as a cheaper alternative to injections and has dangers?

That depends on if you can convince a Urologist that your problem is Medically beneficial, Otherwise the out of pocket can be extremely expensive.
