Ya’ll know we’re gonna run some no huddle this year, that Carr, Hudson and Gruden will have control over. Manning was one of the best at that. Remember that comeback against Tampa Bay - I think four touchdowns in the 4th quarter? Derek can do that, and we want to see it like 2016 again. So if Peyton brings some wisdom, fine.

Coming as a Broncos fan that can’t stand the Raiders, this is cool to see. Class act to Derek Carr and Marshawn Lynch, only Raiders I secretly like. Was classy when Marshawn walked Aqib past the Raiders bench when he got ejected after the Crabtree- Talib fight. So glad Peyton chose Denver.

This interaction is the biggest thing in NFL right now. Derek Carr will break records this year because Payton Manning is the QB G.O.A.T., so him teaching Derek Carr anything means... DC will be the next NFL MVP ... Denver is pist right now lol

my oniy qualm with carr is the first 3 yrs. he was simply makin a read, and throwing the rock. last year (injuries aside) it looked like he was trying to make the "perfect" pass every throw. almost trying to place the ball, instead of throwing the ball. sit back and let it rip. confidence in yourself and your receivers to make a play is the difference in 16' and 17'. plus the coordinator running a super limited run scheme ate into our options.

2:56 this play.. see, when carr looks off a defender quick and snappy like this, its game over. he has absolutely made defences look stupid in the past when he does this.. aaron rodgers if the best at it, look..look.look, but be looking opposite end of the field and quickly get it off. love it.

Peyton Manning entered the league when I was a teenager, so I got to watch his entire career unfold.
I wouldn't ever count on him to pull off a miracle, but he was just brutal in low pressure situations. I think high pressure situations overwhelmed him sometimes. Or maybe the other team was just better, you tell me.

?? He came back against the Patriots down 21-3 in the AFC Championship game, which is the biggest comeback in conference football history. He also has the record for most game winning drives in NFL History. He drove down the field and put the colts in position to win and twice in the post season his kicker, vanderjagt, missed game winning field goals. But the narrative the next day was, "Peyton lost another playoff game." So he was actually extremely good under pressure. But you just can't win every game.
