  • I used the same dough composition that Chef Billy Parisi used on his channel. Link to his website here: www.billyparis...
    For the dough:
    560G of 00 flour
    140G of semolina flour
    7 eggs (1 per 100g of flour)
If cooking homemade pasta doesn't need as long as dried pasta to cook. To boiling salted water you can add your fresh pasta for 2-3 minutes.
    Equipment
Kitchenaid 5 Qt Artisan Stand Mixer amzn.to/3cgAxBk
    Kitchenaid Pasta Attachments amzn.to/3IDh7CG
A manual pasta maker option: amzn.to/3ARJCLg
Bench Scraper (I'll just recommend oxo) amzn.to/3IHpEEx
    Plastic Scraper amzn.to/3P9LVO1
Scale (helps to weigh out the grams) amzn.to/3PammMG

You could add a tablespoon or two of olive oil to the egg pool.

That’s impressive. Maybe I should give mine pasta attachment a try as well. Are you going to make tomato paste too?

Yes next time will be 2 sauces! They were expensive. Tragic not to use them 😂

I didn't even know pasta was made like this. How come you can't just mix the flour and eggs in a bowl as well? Overall cool vid thank you! H!

I’m sure you could. I was going for the more traditional method for a more “authentic” experiences but I’m sure you could do it in a bowl and it would be fine 👍
