I’m disableand had asked God for the opportunity to do this. I watched ad each child received the blessing. I asked them if they understood the meaning of the word Amen. One of the twelve year olds said “ It is so”. Thank you foe helping me to grant my children this blessing.

@@SarahPaik Yeah, it's beautiful. I don't really know music theory, but I've been trying to figure out how to break down harmonies into individual parts(tenor, alto, soprano). I'm able to do it when it's pretty much straight forward, but SOZ usually sing complex harmonies which is hard for me to separate... so I thought you could help me (and others like me) with it. Written out you mean? Can’t write it out as a sheet but instead of going from B to G#m, they go to AM7 (first thought F#m9 when i listened without earphones). It’s a beautiful substitution, isn’t it?
@@SarahPaik Yeah, it's beautiful. I don't really know music theory, but I've been trying to figure out how to break down harmonies into individual parts(tenor, alto, soprano). I'm able to do it when it's pretty much straight forward, but SOZ usually sing complex harmonies which is hard for me to separate... so I thought you could help me (and others like me) with it. Thanks tho!

Mr McLaughlin your work with SOZ is amazing. I am actually watching in admiration all the way from South Africa. I direct a vibrant choir of university students and I have learnt so much from you and your team. It is my wish for us to have some sort of creative and cultural exchange between the two choirs. Our music is rooted in the South African indigenous sound, however, we do study a lot of American music, especially Gospel by African Americans. Discovering you and SOZ several years ago has been such a blessing. You have influenced our music so much and we wish to connect with you some how some day. God bless you and your amazing team.
