About the frame skip thing at 5:08 , i'm having the same issue and my friends too so i think it's for sure a problem on Ubisoft side.
Also i noticed it happening at the end of drone phase and sometimes in the begging of the match i have to say it never happened to me mid round, i hope it will get fixed soon. This game is one of the few that actually makes ubi some money, i think they should care for it more.
