It looks like a thermoplastic (something like instamorph) mixed with glow powder. I had no idea you could mix a powder into thermoplastic like that but knowing the material it probably took FOREVER to get it evenly disbursed.
Amazing! I have a suggestion though. Instead of randomly spreading the moss, you should add some in the cracks too, for more of an effect. Hope this helped! (I also want to be a cosplayer in the future)😊
