3:30 that wasn't toxic, that was good sportsmanship. He couldn't tell for sure if he got hit, so he stood still. If he was being fired upon, he was making sure it'd be an easy target to confirm.

When that Boomer was lying about being shot between the eyes, the ref could barely walk over to Mustang and seemed borderline senile, certainly could not engage in a conversation with Mustang.

on the one hand i feel like it should be standard for airsoft fields to require/supply eye and ear protection - if people dont wanna protect their mouths thats their pidgeon

I mean eye pro is a legal requirement I'm pretty sure, otherwise its a violation of h&s laws, but ear pro should be too imo, hearing damage is also not nice. You would be immediately chucked off for shooting someone that doesn't have eye pro, if u don't use ear pro, don't whine if ur shot in the ear :]
You can go with a hurt ear, the eye is MUCH squishier and you will lose that eye permanently.

Yep sometimes you can get hit in a spot where it doesn't clearly feel like a BB shot, and could have been anything really. He even checks his own gun wondering if he shot himself for a sec haha. I've had this experience a couple times myself, best is to just call the hit no matter what and fall back to spawn to keep game integrity at top priority. Personal rule is, if I'm unsure beyond reasonable doubt, then I count it as a hit.

@@emilianop.colome735 Some places are soft and cater to hyper casual players who don't realize that playing a sport with small hardened plastic pellets being shot at +500fps actually may hurt if you dont have sufficient protection.
Simply put, they want money from the uber casuals and they know if they don't put restrictions, then the casuals will stop playing and stop paying.

There's a group in tunnels under Portsdown hill that I fought years ago - all with high powered weapons and lamps. It's pitch black down there and really creepy. They know their way around and just set up ambushes, lamp you and hose you down with multi shots at close range. If you get the jump on them, they just cheat. Didn't enjoy it.

Yesterday was my oldest son and I's first airsoft game and I had a blast. I just happened by your channel and I am happy to have found it. Absolutely great content. That part where you tell the Ref to point the troll out to you so you can headshot him had me genuinely laughing.

The main reason you dont shoot at people from a close distance it's because airsoft guns can still hurt your skin, so he was being polite, the camera guy was very rude and childish
This was a dick move by him but it's also a fault of the field operators' rules... clear rules need to be set bang bang or not bang bang never optional cause that shits going to lead to arguments

I always call bangs, even when they are optional just out of respect. Even 50/50 where I know I got the drop I'll call because its not worth arguing with someone who's potentially going to get pissed off and turn god mode on.
5:14 even if bang bang is not being enforced if some one plays it rather than mag dumping you from 2 metres away id just take the respawn, if he has the respect to not just light players up id respect it because he easily could have done both of you anyways

@@Berserkism to be fair, guy had to switch guns with a friend. It might not even work. And the rule isn’t mandatory or enforced at that event, so if he’s not shooting, they don’t have to. You can’t arbitrarily go “he was being a good guy” and immediately call out hypocrisy for someone else. Play by the rules, not the etiquette you’ve decided in your head. Dudes fault entirely for not lighting them up the moment they didn’t call the respawn off bang rules.
