Used to use this audio all the time to fend off auditory and sensory hallucinations that would scare me awake when I was trying to sleep. Now I don't need it anymore. But a lot of people in this comment section seem to be suffering from similar issues. If you can't sleep and it's interfering with your life then you should probably seek professional help in addition to rain sounds

Seriously though, this IS the best medicine for me. I actually stopped taking my sleeping pills and this helps me sleep. Oh and my doctor said that he always preferred “something other then a sleep aid.” Thanks

But like they say at 12 step groups, the only person who tells you to stop taking ANY psychiatric medication... is YOUR Doctor. No one else's Doctor, no one who says they're a Doctor. Just YOUR Doctor alone. Glad you're doing well though. 😊

it's very hard for me to sleep because of vivid nightmares/sleep paralysis so I usually end up taking pills but this helps me a lot. Plus it doesn't make my phone battery go down a ton for school!
I feel for you Maggie. I think if using this can help and maybe gradually reduce your reliance on pills that would be a very good thing overall. Hopefully things get better and better for you this year:)

Thanks so much for uploading this! I couldn't find a 30 min one before because all the other videos were too long so they drained my battery and then my phone died so my alarm didnt go off in the morning. The 30 min alternative is way better than the others Because i always go to sleep in less than 30 min and it doesn't drain my battery. Thanks again!☺️

From where I am we don’t get rain much anymore, it’s always a hot and humid day full of exhaustion and annoyance. This really brought me back when it would rain as a kid (back before global warming was such a huge issue) and how I’d stay up to this beautiful sound ❤I miss it

I love that the video is long enough I’ll be asleep by the time it’s over and I don’t have to worry about my phone being on forever. Also easy to play again in the middle of the night. Just recently started sleeping to this noise it’s been great for my anxiety.

it's very hard for me to sleep because of vivid nightmares/sleep paralysis so I usually end up taking pills but this helps me a lot. Plus it doesn't make my phone battery go down a ton for school!
I feel for you Maggie. I think if using this can help and maybe gradually reduce your reliance on pills that would be a very good thing overall. Hopefully things get better and better for you this year:)

I couldn't find a 30 min one before because all the other videos were too long so they drained my battery and then my phone died so my alarm didnt go off in the morning. +The Relaxed Guy i would LOVE something realistic but with snow. something dark so i could put it on my monitor at night and sleep to it. i LOVE having the sounds of a snowstorm and a campfire playing but i cant find any good videos of snow falling at night or around/near a campfire.
+The Red yes thats a tricky one, but i like the idea, i have noted it and will work on something when i get the right content for it....i hope thats a start :)

This has been my lullaby to sleep at night for the last month or so and I’m so dependent on this to fall asleep now. Also many thanks to having no ads inbetween, and keeping it short with 30 mins so my phone isnt dead in the morning, and for the black screen. Hope nothing but the best for you!!! 🙏🏻
