GTA SA Special Vehicle Guide: AP Buffalo

In this Video, I show how to obtain the AP Buffalo from the "High Noon" with passing the Mission. After I obtain it, I reload the Save and show that it's still there as well as showing the properties.
Start the mission with a gun and quickly go to Pulaski and aim the gun on him, as some reason that will make him get out of car. Then ditch the Buffalo in the water near the docks. Then make Pulaski chase you by either getting close to him or shooting at him, then lead him into following you in the water like is shown in the video. Once he falls into the water, the mission will be passed without the cutscene of CJ killing him. Then get the car out of water by pushing it or shooting it out with dual Sawn-off shotguns. Once out of the water, use CJ alone to push the Buffalo up the hill. If everything is done right, the car is yours to save.
