The devs utilized the word "rebalanced" as a substitute for "nerf" to hopefully lessen the backlash. Kind of a recurring scenario to the devs avoiding the word "delay" whenever they announce that the release date of an update will be "pushed back."
I just did a squad game only using 8 elf camps in total , only 8 towers technically using units as dps, and possibly 32 of the towers we used are farms, we also got a dj for some reason, very un needed because we already had max elf camps, and we won pretty uncomfortably because molten boss kept stunning and killing the gunners and guards which hindered our dps by alot leaving the ripped elves alive, so we won when molten boss was on the 3rd to last turn of the path, considering we only won using 8 towers, this is insane, basically a walmart version of mecha base, super op.
We can see now that the devs are actually trying to give some more love to the game, i'm glad to see that, and i'm pretty sure the community is thankful for this edit: I know there are some issues with this update, there's a lot of new bugs and some things that devs gotta improve with the event, also that we did get the best tower nerfed But hey! We actually got some balance changes, like ranger, now he's as good accel was thanks to the buff, also engineer and demoman got a buff. We also got a event that is not a Fallen mode with modifiers and a lot of really good skins! (scout is my fav) The devs also bring us a new tower that is DAMN COOL (in my opinion) And also we can't forget that we got this update *ON TIME* devs worked hard to bring us all of this, i don't care if is there some things that are a copy of Tower Blitz or Tower Battles, we did get an update with a lot of stuff and a reason to hop back in the game The devs gived us all of this... So why don't we take a look on all the good things we got and say *"Thanks"* for once?
btw you can buy all the plots without activating the last wave, a lot of people don't know this but you get so much more money if you get the last plot, the Easter event was the only one where buying the last plot activated the final wave
Seeing the elf bomber gets me thinking, it should be able to hit flying enemies making events and hardcore easier Edit: I JUST REALIZED THAT ACCELERATOR GOT NERFED IT DOES 100 LESS DPS, THIS IS AN OUT CRY
I think executioner is a pretty solid tower for the first couple waves in the event, it has good range at lvl 0 and has a bounce meaning the axe can hit 3-4 elves in every hit Or maybe I'm stupid
Just had the elf camp yesterday and when u get 2 of the elf camps maxed it felt like u got ur own army of zombies and a boss to defend ur base at all cost having 4 players with elf camps placed equals to 8 elf camps literally looks like its a war elfs vs zombies
Elf Camp is such a strong tower. I reached wave 38 on Molten Mode with just two max elf camps (solo). I really wanna see a ROBLOX Noob skin for the Elf Camp. Imagine Noobs just running it with the classic Bomb gear and the guardian with the classic sword? Or the ripped elf being the Buff Noob? It would be so awesome!
