The chansey he has there is also hacked.
Wish chansey is a gen 3 event pokemon that was given out at Pokemon Center New York in 2004. It is not an egg move, and can't be bred down or transferred onto another chansey even via the new daycare mechanic in SWSH. There is no other way to obtain one outside of genning, and the odds of having one AND having it be shiny are so absurd it would be laughable even on a team of otherwise fully legitimate pokemon.
So that's why wish and teleport always incompatible in showdown. Good to know
@@comethound it is possible to have a legit one, that isn't shiny. Gen 3 pokemon can go to gen 8
@@1atem I'm not sure if you're genuinely insinuating that some whiny 13 year old with the rest of his team genned just happens to have one of the rarest Pokémon to ever exist legitimately? Of course gen 3 mons can be moved up, but only a few hundred, maybe a couple thousand of these ever existed in the first place, and that number has dwindled with every kid who got one and unthinkingly overrode the move, every dead cart or lost gameboy/DS, every game put in an attic never to be seen again. I'd be surprised to find a real one even in someone's 20 year old collection.

Ie. the many Ubers that are either poison, flying, ice, or fire. I mean, even a move with that typing on a powerful Pokémon would’ve been fine. And before you say grass types don’t see much use since I’ve heard that excuse before, you cannot tell me that this person has never witnessed ferrothorn, rillaboom, and tapu bulu. Ferrothorn is one of the reasons so many people have a fire type move on their team even without a fire type
