To have such devotion to your faith to write such beautiful lyrics and music, really gets the heart and mind to think about such true devotion and how it can effect people. Daddy Was A Preacher - Mama Was His Wife - I was reunited with them on my Papa's 68th birthday 1995, by God's grace. Before he became a preacher - Mama and Papa gave me up for adoption. Long story short - I was blessed by Yah to know them until they passed. Mama went Home 7/3/2017 on my daughter's 16th birthday - my son went Home 4 months later - and Papa went Home 7 months later. The rain fell - The flood started rising - The storm came - I was washed by the water - The earth crumbled under my feet - My entire "adopted" family abandoned me on my darkest days - and crucified me . . . even until today. His voice is a gift from God. No need for altered voice like some singers. Live is just as good if not better. You can tell he loves and feels the song by his facial expressions. Words can't describe how much this band has lifted me up in faith through their music

She has helped me renew my faith and find God as I understand him. Together we have started on a journey that will surely last the rest of our lives... walking beside each other with Him at our side.
