അതെ സമയം ദൈറയിൽ ഖാദർ മെസ്സ് എന്നൊരു ഹോട്ടലും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. ഇതേ ഒരു പാറ്റേൺ തന്നെ പിന്തുടരുന്ന ഒരു സ്ഥാപനം ആയിരുന്നു. പുതുതായി ലാഞ്ചിനും മറ്റും വന്നിരുന്നവർക് താമസിക്കാനും ഭക്ഷണത്തിനും ഒരു ജോലി ലഭിക്കുന്നത് വരെ അവിടെ ജോലി ചെയ്യാനും സാധിക്കുമായിരുന്നു. 1966 മുതൽ 1989 വരെ ആ ഹോട്ടൽ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

പേര്‍ഷ്യ ഖാദർ ഹാജി എന്നാണ് അദ്ദേഹം നാട്ടിൽ അറിയപ്പെടുന്നത് മയ്യിലിനടുതത് കടൂർ എന്ന സ്ഥലത്താണ് ജനിച്ചത്. മയ്യിൽ ടൗണിൽ തന്നെയാണ് 1979 80 കാലം മുതല്‍ താമസിച്ചിരുന്നത് അദ്ദേഹം മരിച്ചിട്ട് ഇരുപത് വര്‍ഷമായി എന്ന് തോന്നുന്നു
