Who am I?
What's up guys! My name is Roman Kimball. Im a Division 1 baseball player at The University of South Carolina and I am originally from New Hartford, NY. I have always wanted to have my own RUclips channel and here I am living that dream while also playing the game I love! yo I've been dealing with some elbow issues but I'm working back into things now. Any arm care tips or recovery things I should be doing?
i would definitely get a lot of treatment from your athletic trainer if you have one, getting massages and cupped and doing some BFR work is great too
