Allhamdulillaahi rabbil aalamin, this year we can find wild mushrooms
Even though there are only two, we are very lucky and grateful. Because other people are also looking for this annual mushroom.
Hopefully we can get more, finding this mushroom really makes us happy, like finding a treasure.
It tastes delicious even if it's just steamed using salt and wrapped in banana leaves, especially when we cook it with spices from the garden, Alhamdulillah...
Wild mushroom pepes recipe:
. Wild mushrooms (horn mushrooms/moon mushrooms) etc
. 7 red onions
. 3 garlic
. 3 roasted candlenuts
. 2 large red chilies (remove seeds)
. Salt, sugar, stock powder
. Leek
. Bay leaf
. Basil leave
. Green curly chilies
. Tomato
