Can we please stop saying "sexually assaulted" when the victims were raped? I don't know if it's just me but I feel there's a BIG difference and it annoys me every time.
Newly enforced youtube guidelines. They can't say rape or murder, it has to be stuff like sexually assaulted or physically assaulted and life-taking. Annoying, but not much to be done about it.

I listened to the 44 Days of Hell broadcast on Spotify by Stephanie Soo, and.. gosh no remorse for what they did to her. It made me sick. He almost bragged about what he did to that poor girl. and the fact he got like a few years in jail.. :/ a FEW years.

i cant believe someone could commit awful crimes like these and just carry on with their lives. how does that not weigh on them forever? how could you just function as a normal person knowing you had done something so vile in your life and got away with it??? truly sickening.
I love thinking that a bunch of criminals are wetting their pants over crimes they'd thought they'd gotten away with. As the famous expression goes: "The mills of God grind slowly, but they grind exceeding small..."
Alot of these killers are easily sociopaths, that's how they're able to just keep living as if nothing happened. There are many people with Sociopathic tendencies living in the world but most don't act maliciously. It usually depends on the environment they grew up in and in some cases the level of trauma they went through throughout life. In no way do I condone their actions but I see alot of comments questioning how someone can just keep living their lives as if nothing happened after claiming another's life

I'm glad they did get solved by dogged persistence and dedicated scientists. However, I've notice that law enforcement sometimes (as in this video) don't give the complete motive or how did the killers met these individuals. They don't just pop of nowhere. Also I wish they persecute any family members who aided these monsters as they are just as guilty.
I like the cases being solved for the families. However, even if the killers are still alive, they have had a chance to live there lives. Prison for old people is just like a nursing home you don’t have to pay for. You get 3 meals and free healthcare. In America especially, where healthcare and nursing homes are so expensive, that’s not always a bad thing. In places like America and the East, some people purposely commit crimes just to get the healthcare in prison. So the killers in some ways, are still being rewarded. Torture should be back on the books. Like on places like Pakistan where perpetrators are given the same punishment as victims.

I would take the word "solved" loosely until there is a conviction...because the law is a fickle beast, if i was a family member of any of these poor souls, i wouldn't rest easy until i see a conviction
