We're living in a time of history where distractions are constant, fast, always in our faces...anxiety is symptom of so many of these things. Social media is a culprit, as is phone addiction. I'm trying to cut back, reading books like 30 Days Without Social Media by Harper Daniels and the Tao Te Ching. It's so important to detach from everything for a bit.
