Hi Andrew, I just found your channel. Great to see you in the kitchen, and not eating all the strange stuff from you Network show. Great recipes and techniques. I plan to watch a whole lot of these.
Few things whet the appetite, Like watching and learning from a master chef, who in a few short swift strokes, produces fabulious, succulent cuisine fit for an emperor!
This is just one of my favorite chef there is no waste. Like some other foreign chef a lot of waste. When they fillet fish. As asian we dont waste that whole fish. The only way we asian enjoy that is to fry it whole ofcourse gut s out. we also enjoy it a sour soup whole fish or chop into 4 pieces. Or grillef it up with a little bit of salt.
This looks very tasty. Easy to make. But i cant find that fish here. I will try this with another, lets see how it works. :) Thank you for new ideas to cook again and again. I love your videos!!
AZ, Great video. I appreciate the fillet skills, but you are from MN. Lol. Im sure you been doing that your whole life. Keep up the great work you do for all. Jody from Miami sends
Aloha Mr. Zimmern you have to check out FishNGrillz RUclips page they are making some really great dishes that I think you’d like. Including a Kahala dish.
Research the words aquaculture and sustainability there hero, ‘cause ya can’t overfish a fish farm. Yes, most fish farms are small-time polluters, but less so than the average super tanker bringing plastic crap from overseas.
@@chrisgordon9829most fish farms are also kind of a recently applied form of agriculture, for most species at least. No argument that there is room for improvement, but the only way is to start somewhere. Fishing agriculture has had me totally excited the last decade. Sad how much agriculture in general has been turned into such a boogeyman...
Looking trim Mr. Zimmern. Well done, Sir!
I just found your RUclips channel and I'm so happy. I just loved Bizzar Foods when I was in highschool, so great to be able to see you at it again.

Andrew , in latinoamericana what's your favorite fish ?
Im in New Zealand we have kahawai. Maori and native hawaiians are closely related, and share many words. In maori kaha = strong , wai = water.
Oh, I thought this said Koala, and I was like finally! But nope, just misread it. Maybe in a future video.
You monster!!!🤣🤣🤣
Can you eat koala 🐨
Yum 😋!!!!!’
How can you buy fish from them? Theres no option on their website. :(
Bravo!!
Damn, Drew is looking younger and younger.
Guess it took only a global pandemic and 12month of sheltering in place for him to reverse age

What’s the clicking sound
they sent that to tell you Luca Brasi sleeps with the fishes.
Kampachi
For cooked fish, rest it on a fresh plate not the cutting board
I'm curious how come.
I love you
I don’t think Gordon Ramsay would be too impressed that you removed the skin.
sadly the fish is not as fresh as u think the eyes are slightly cloudy. fresh fish had perfect dark clean eyes just a tip
Andrew lost weight
Nice beard
Ai CV by hhhhhhh
Am I the only one who read this and initially thought it said "How to prep and cook koala"?
Grind it and use it in mousselines and fish sausages?! It’s Pesach! If I don’t see a video for Kahala Gefilte by sundown on Sunday, I’m unsubscribing.
I clicked when I thought he was cooking Kamala....
LOL. :)
