Also can fit the motor in front wheel....I know it will make the steering heavy....but it can easily cool the motor when operating....& can make it an 2 wheeler drive motorbike.

Yes its possible nowadays with sinwave controller where it will charge the battery but no idea about how much time and how much kilometer we need to ride for full charge

Idea is really good. But as the wheel is connected to engine trough belt it will make all engine parts to rotate. As a result engine parts will be damaged and there will be huge loss of power due to over weight of the vehicle and friction of engine parts.
Tyre is not connected to engine directly. In between there is clutch type mechanism, tyre only rotates when we increase rpm of engine. Other wise in normal condition when engine is off, tyres are free to rotate.
Activas have CVT transmission which connect engine to the tyre only when engine is on
