True, I've always felt misunderstood by the people around me, but I don't want to compromise myself or my values just to appease them. It's always better to be a first rate version of yourself.
I do not know how I became an INFJ, but my earliest thoughts as a child were the same as today. Finding these channels has been terrific. I am definitely different from everyone in my biological family. This is a lonely type to be. I learned that it is not what a person WILL DO, but what you WILL NOT DO, that is important. When asked, most people cannot name 3 things they will never do (i.e. cheat on your partner) Thanks for this very accurate, helpful information.
When I was little I truly did care about what others thought and wanted but I now know that it was never something meaningful I only care about what people that I love think about and want like my man, my mom, animals, the environment and some people close to me I prefer to stay away from certain people than to just argue with them, unless it's something serious like animal abuse, child abuse or if they go after those that I love My man is like this as well, he is very caring about me and so protective of me and he doesn't seek any validation from other people so we're literally made for each other❤
Being an INFJ is almost like a curse atleast for me. I never knew that i was this type of personality. Im am seen as a little odd to most because i dont follow what everyone does. It leaves me be outside of the loop of things...so to speak...i cant really relate to alot of what is going on because it doesnt make a whole lot of sense. When i explain what can be done to complete things, i am looked at as crazy because its not the normal way or the societal way of doing things, then i am discredited and no one wants to listen. I feel alone in this world😔
I'd like to add that not everytime INFJs should restrain from proving their point as not proving their point might hinder their (our) day-to-day life. But I guess it's the opposite when you have a wife.😂

When I was young their perception used to bother me but no now that I'm 54.
When you are 'whole', it is important to you that nothing outside you is allowed to upset your belief in your Self.
