After his Bachelor's in Business Administration, Max von Kempis also completed his Master of Finance at Frankfurt School. After working in investment banking and outside the financial industry in Frankfurt, London, New York and Berlin, he moved back to his hometown near Cologne and took on a new challenge as CFO and COO of the family-owned textile company van Laack.
