I just got my TASCHEN book box on The Shining. WOW!!!! Worth every single penny and worth the wait. There is so much information and I can see why it's called the most comprehensive set ever done on The shining. On top of that, the quality of everything is excellent. This 43 lb. wonder is gold for any Shining fan. STOKED!!!!!!!!
What number did you get? Who got #237? I’m sure it doubled in value instantly? Disregard! I just saw it’s 180! Great number as there are many ‘lines’ making up the films composition.
It looks incredible and I'd love to have it but $1500 is way out of my price range. The only movie I'd buy that much for something like this would be Back To The Future,my personal favorite movie ever.

I love the Shining. I am also a bibliophile. Still, I couldn’t see myself dropping £1500. Maybe for Clockwork. Maybe. The only deluxe movie treatment I’d unhesitatingly drop £1500 for would be Boorman’s Excalibur, surely the most neglected masterpiece in film. Somebody should make a video about that criminal neglect. Still I salute you - that is a pretty awesome collection of archival goodness you have acquired. Thanks for sharing this!
