This is called "Taqsim", it's not any particular song, but a piece of music (often an improvisation) that a musician plays before or between songs. The instrument is Mizmar and the style of music is Saidi.
this dance is an ancient Egyptian dance that upper Egyptians kept and are still practicing it till this day .
