But I thing I want to add it’s after month my experience is when I was in my period you don’t have that energy to take it , you can’t take bath 2 times a day when it’s cold , you can but it’s not recommended in periods so god have given an advantage that you can skip doing it during those days and your sadhna will not break , but if you can take it and do then also not a problem , because Bhagwan Apki Bhakti dekhte at last we are a Soul , no men no women in had mas ke shareer mai ek Atma hain , it’s my opinion and experience that I have shared 🙏🙏

There are sects who believe in puja during periods are not wrong. It depends on deities you worship. Puja in period is wrong if you do murtipuja. But in ancient times Thousands years ago murti puja was not there. It started afterwards by sages and it's also right. But it has some rules. Because when you do it without murti you are just envoking deity inside your body so in periods it is not considered wrong. But when you do it installing murti, it's like technical puja and you must be careful about not impure the murti. Period blood is impure because it produces due to no use of your released egg. Egg starts spoiling and endomatriam wall also breaks down which provides nutrition to egg after fertilisation. When you have no relationship they break down and get spoiled. Because of crack of endometriam wall eggs and pieces of wall come our with blood. This blood contains spoiled egg and endometrial stuffs so is impure and when it comes out of body it is attacked by bacterias immedietly becomes more impure as compared to normal blood. Even normal blood contaminates easily when we have cuts in our body so we apply antibacterial lotions to prevent it. So here is the blood that gets more and more impure and it continues to be for 4-5 days. So our body and aura, even after taking bath have lots of bacterias. In murtipuja we have to keep our murti and puja room utmost clean to envoke pure and positive energies.
But in Ancient times murti puja concept was there but murti was not kept inside home. Only in temples it was getting installed. People use to do Trikal sandhya every day. There you need no murti. So during periods also it was acceptable.
And not every deity has same characteristics. If you are a Vaishnav Or Dakshin margi puja then uou must follow purity. If you are a vama margi Or do some kind of Tantrik puja like in Shmashan sadhana Or some deities like Karn pishachini etc then you can do it during periods.
If you are just a bhakt, you can do bhakti, sadhna, manasik jap, tap, during periods.
Now conclusion is,
In murti puja of devtas please avoid period days. Instead do manasik jap and prarthana more for inner strength because you lose your eggs that are energy of your body. So to be more strong do spiritual practices more than religious. And don't listen to others who say don't listen or chant mantra, or read books. You have cellphones now you can read spiritual books, mantras or listen audio there.
If you are doing sadhana keep continuing it during periods too. But remember then , you just put murti of only one deity you are doing sadhana for. Don't put other deities pic because the nature of other deity may differ regarding puja widhi.
We keep number of murties in puja room. Thats wrong. In Dakshin margi puja you can keep it. But when you do sadhana you have to follow rules of one deity that may be unsuitable for other deity.
If you are a nirakar upasak do it anytime. During periods or any other times.
In sanatan meditation( विद्या) and materialistic puja ( अविद्या) are equally recommended to get Parameshwar.
जो अविद्या का अनुसरण करते हैं वे घोर अन्धकार में प्रवेश करते हैं। और जो केवल विद्या में ही रत रहते हैं वे मानों उससे भी अधिक घोर अन्धकार में प्रवेश करते हैं।
ईशा उपनिषद( part of अथर्व वेद)
परंतु जो दोनों यानी विद्या( ईश्वर ज्ञान जो ध्यान योग से होता है) और अविद्या( देवता ज्ञान या स्वर्ग प्राप्ति जो पूजा कर्म से होती है) , दोनों की उपासना करते हैं वो मृत्यु को पार कर अमृत यानी ईश्वर को प्राप्त करते हैं |
Means meditation is for supreme God
and puja is for devtas who give us air, water etc and materialistic things.
So meditation must be done on regular basis like we do puja daily.
If we don't do meditation daily at least for five days of period we can meditate wherever we rest. Only 5 days for God is not sufficient but at least we have the apportunity to do it. It's my opinion not mendation. You can do it as per your wish but as per my experience and spiritual knowledge I told this. 🙏

@@arshitaanmolsoni4610 No dear because Kalash, haldi gaanth, khadi supari are considered as devi devatas used in place of murti because you can't keep murti of every devata like nav grah and devis in your puja room. It would be costly and will take lots of space. So instead murti they are used but they will be considered as murti only. Better you skip that vrat. Next week you can do it. Ma understands everything. If you have so much devotion, you can keep vrat without puja and mentally chant mahalakshmi mantra. Stotra etc. You can do manasik jap.
Because vrat is kept for materialistic purpose. So you have to follow the rule. But if you just want spiritual growth and closeness of Ma lakshmi, then no vrat is required. Only devoted mind and heart is required.

Puja room is meant for maintaining purity otherwise god is every where so why we need a separate puja room in Ishan kon? Because direction has energy of sun because it rises in the east.
Yantra and Tantra puja should be with very much care. Actually it's fault of our present pandits who have no real answers because they themselves don't know why we do something and why not scientifically and spiritually. Their logics are so lame that people don't want to accept that and rebel that as I was earlier in my childhood 😂

I belong to doctor Brahmin family. One priest a very spiritual told me that generally we have to follow 7day take head bath and then pray after 7th day now simple logic is that its like waste getting out of body which is not required and fire or any spiritual prayer requires clean environment. Many people don't know. Imagine during time of going to toilet do we take God's name or practice prayer there so many spiritual people say not to practice any prayer during that time. Many people are not aware every thing on this earth has vibration and energy so should utilise in right way . We have to offer prayers in very satvik way even water we drink we need it without contamination 🙏🙏

इसी विचारसे प्रभावित होकर मै शिवमंदिरमे जाना अपवित्र नही.समझा और गुरू नेभी यही कहा.तो मै निश्चिन्त हो गयी.लेकिन एक दिन जब मै हमेशाकी तरह शिवमन्दिरमे गयी तो मै भूल गयी थी कीमै रजस्वला हू. और हमेशाकी तरह गर्भगृहमे जाने लगी.तो किसी अदृश्य शक्तीने मुझे गर्भगृहके द्वारपर रोक लिया.और इ का समाधान गुरूभी नही कर सके .आजतक ये प्रश्न अनुत्तरितही रह गया है.

He is a tantrik sadhak so he will promote it. For normal people we must care about purity. Vsishnavas must follow purity and Shaiva, Shakta may or may not follow it as per dakshin Or Vam marg.
There are different kind of pujas. For bhakti there is no need of touching murti Or materialistic stuff. But if you do it for any specific materialistic purpose then you have to follow rule of puja that deity likes/dislikes or pleased with.
