Be careful, the British (Imperial) gallon is not the same as the US gallon.
That Background filtration is unbelievable.
Where can I buy it at
I only found it on the Danish website in the description. Under RockZolid. Very expensive around $1200 US. Wish they had those here. Might be better off attempting to make your own though. Let me know if anyone finds a seller in U.S.

Really the best filtration system you can get and safe because everything is inside the tank
Now I have worked in aquarium store and I got to say if we had something like this in the states it would hit a homerun!
I almost forgot to mention, when you took us viewers through to the back I was impressed by how well organized the Hardscape Section is it looked fantastic.
At First I thought you went from a Fish Store straight into a Museum. Absolutely Amazing.

Unimati is the absolute best fish store in Scandinavia. Here in Denmark people rather travel from the opposite part of the country to buy their fish and aquariums at Unimati instead of going to the local store. And the reason for that is simple. Ole and the other guys are top professionals and will always provide you with every little detail you need to know when setting up a certain aquarium or when adding a certain fish to you aquarium.
My favourite fish store here in DK. Ole is a raving nutcase. 😊👌 One of the kindest guys imaginable, but a complete looney. 😂👌
It doesn’t really matter if there’s 150 miles and a ferry from my home to the temple. It’s worth the trip.
... and proud of being a looney. Ha ha!
I wish we had shops with hardscape selections like that here in the states...
Stephen Scapes There are some. Aquarium Design Store in Houston has a huge selection. What was really cool is that they also have plastic panels you can put into a large sandbox to match the dimensions of your tank at home and use that to plan out your hardscape. If you ever check it out just know that customers are allowed into their warehouse in the back as well filled with even more hardscape.

I love this store! It's a 4 hour drive from where I live, and yet I still go there to browse on weekends. Super fun and helpful staff as well.

Wisdom can come in many forms. It’s fascinating to hear his filtration ideas.
Some if his filters are based on the Hamburg Mattenfilter. Search for it and enjoy!
Blows away most stores in the states. The care and clean is amazing.
I like the red hooks. Back in the 70s I had silver dollars and Angelfish. I also like hatchet fish. I'm too old and my health is poor to have fish. Watching these videos is the next best thing.

Love the store! Lots of character. It's very unusal to see that every tank are scaped. Most fish stores only have fish in them.
I was one of the Unimati stores when I visited Denmark in 2019. I was simply blown away by the sheer variety of livestock and hardscape.
A true reflection of a passionate hobbyist. Mind blowing store.
Great tour George! Love the place! Being a big Cichlid fan, I just loved all the different kinds the place had. The tanks are amazing considering no filters cleaned or gravel cleaned! I could spend hours in there between the fish tanks, hardscapes and accessories! Thank you again George for showing us this awesome place! Never Forget Nimrod! RIP!
I've always liked the root back grounds but have been put off because of the story's of detritus build up behind them but the idea of turning it into the filter is genius, I'll definitely be doing this for my dream discus tank when I move house and I think a trip to this store will be in order

Dude,.. that Betta sorority was/is 1 of the best i have seen !!! & i'm a big fish nerd so i visit diff places on my travels. Then not to mention how well the store; it's lay out,.. You sure nailed the description, spot on. Great fukin' job fellas!!! impressive!

yep,.. i feel ya.. closest thing to a fishstore in my area is a dam Petco! I'd luv to have a LFS amazing as this.
This store is absolutely phenomenal! WOW! I even went so far as to map it compared to where my mom and I are supposed to be staying when we finally can get to Germany. (Were supposed to go May 9-23rd but at least one spot closed through end of May so fingers crossed we can slide everything to June or September instead) ..... sadly it appears to be an 8 hour drive one way. Guess we'll have to plan a special trip for another year. Lol

THE BEST FISH SHOP IN DK!! ole is a legend, and if you are new. he is the guy, to learn it all from.. he know insanely much, about everything in the aquarium hobby.. and is the best ambassador, for keeping fish the right way. where the fish, gets the best home possible

This store is so clean. And i think Ole created exact natural habitat for his favorite fish the Sri Lankan Tiger Loach. They can be found in water stream around my village with very sandy substrate with some plants like vallisneria.

Its such a great store. I live about 40minutes away, and there is local fishstores here - but when possible I would allways pick Unimati.
They have everything you need and alot of things you didnt know you needed 😆👌 Its an expensive place to visit but only because you leave with much more than you had planned 🤗

Amazing wood selection. I read that Azalea roots are actually what we call spider-wood for aquariums....planning to buy dead or dying Azaleas from my local big box stores and landscape stores and see if I can't clean and dry a nice selection of interesting wood for tanks.

Lovely store! Backgrounds are great. I appreciated the way he keeps the maintenance minimal, and wondered about the water changes.
Fit a longer hose to the pump and drain it that way.

That Xmas moss looks amazing in that tank,adds really good detail to the scape.

This man has so much passion. Defenitely going to visit when in Denmark. Great to see. Very well designed store also and he is a clever dude with that hidden filtration, absolutely genius.
What an amazing shop. Not only does owner love his job & hobby...he shares the knowledge. Other than 2 Local Fish/Reptile shops, only big box in my area of Cali. And with the exception of the one shop who is predominantly a reptile based shop, nothing like this exists in my area. Such a pleasure to watch. Thanks George!
